  Flood Out Restoration contacted us right away after we reached out. The communication with Tyler was very clear and soon we had an estimate. Everyone (carpenter, plumber, flooring etc.) that was involved in the project was very professional and did excellent work. They worked with our schedule and we couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond to make sure it was done exactly as we asked. Payment options were excellent. They had numerous checks and balances (different sets of eyes to make sure nothing was missed). They are my absolute go to should I need restoration again. Thank You, Flood Out!

  I called Floodout for some water damage and they had a crew out working on the job within 15 minutes. They removed the damaged flooring and replaced it within 4 days They are very professional and did a great job

  I had water coming into my home in September literally while on the phone with Tyler . I was very emotional and felt helpless. They came out soon as they could, Tyler kept me posted. They did an excellent job on getting the water out and starting the drying process. Meanwhile, I had a room that part of the ceiling needed to replaced and Tyler informed me they could fix that as well. I tell you, his team did an excellent job on everything from the painting, drywall and making sure my home was completely dry. A very professional company that really care and takes pride in their work. They strive to make the customer satisfied and happy with the outcome.
