The contract says they will perform three inspections in a year. They only performed 2 inspections. For the second inspection I called 5 times before they even came out. I’m not even sure they came out. They only mailed me a report of the inspection. April was the end of the 1 year and they didn’t even reach out or come out. I’m sure if I ask for a refund they will decline it since that’s what it states in the contract, yet they won’t even honor what they say.
Save your time and money. I’m not even going to bother to call and get the last inspection.

I called in the afternoon and they came first thing the next morning. Edward was fantastic, great customer service and extremely efficient. I would Highly recommend these guys to anyone!
I don't know how this place is still in business. They never show up unless you call them. If and when they pump your tanks they want their money right then, interesting how that works. They always have the same excuse, mechanical issues, short employees ect. Not my problem. Use someone else, anyone, they literally could not do any worse.
DO NOT USE BALLARDS!
After waiting THREE WEEKS for installation because of their “mechanical issues,” we ended up with a completely different system than what we were promised. We paid for a concrete system with ONE riser and instead got a cheap plastic system with THREE risers.
To make matters worse, the tanks had huge bold warnings printed right on the side saying: “DO NOT BACKFILL WITH CLAY.” Guess what Ballards used to backfill them? CLAY.
We were also told they would run NEW piping from the house to the system. That never happened. Instead, they tied into the old existing piping. We took photos of everything because at this point we don’t trust the workmanship and fully expect problems down the road.
And the damage to our property has been unbelievable. They completely destroyed our yard. Since installation, we’ve already had to spend an extra $2,000 bringing in dump truck loads of dirt because the ground keeps sinking around the tanks. We’ve laid 6 pallets of grass ourselves, and it feels like every single day there’s another issue to deal with.
We are two people in our 60s trying to fix a disaster that never should have happened in the first place because we cannot afford to hire a landscaping company to clean up THEIR mess.
We were ALSO told — TWICE — that the washing machine drain, located only 2 feet from the grease trap they connected, would be tied into the new system. Not only did they fail to connect it, but they actually CUT the washing machine lines. Then, after creating the problem themselves, they charged us AGAIN to come back out and fix it — on top of the original $8,600 bill!
So yes, think long and hard before using Ballards. We were left with a destroyed yard, unexpected expenses, incomplete work, and absolutely no explanation of how the system even works. Now we’ll see whether they even honor the maintenance agreement that was supposedly included in the price.
