Although it took a while for this last part to arrive, Julie was diligent and kept us informed of the status. Our favorite HVAC expert is Jeffrey. He always shows up on time and is knowledgeable and very professional.

We called one place in town (Livingston) they never returned our call. Then we called Ferrara’s. We told their answering service what the problem was. Minutes later, a gentleman returned our call, but he was in Lufkin. He said he will contact Livingston people. The young man that came out was an hour away. Must’ve just got home from work. Probably in the middle of dinner. He came right out and had our Air conditioner fixed before 9 PM. Service with a smile, and a great personality. So, of course we will call Ferrara’s Heating and Air Conditioning whenever we have a problem. Thank you for your great and fast service.
