  We had a terrible leak in our closet and had no idea where the water was coming from. I called C&S Plumbing Services and spoke with Lauren, who was extremely helpful, caring, and concerned about our situation. She immediately tried to arrange for someone to come out and help us. Unfortunately, we had to leave town, so we scheduled the service for the following Monday. Lauren and the master plumber gave us clear instructions on what we needed to do to prevent the water from leaking into the house while we were away. My husband followed their instructions to the tee, and thankfully, everything worked perfectly! On Monday morning, two technicians, Juan and Brandon, arrived early and right on time. They were courteous, polite, friendly, and very professional. They carefully assessed the situation and went straight to the source of the problem. We discovered that the tub valve had been leaking. Juan and Brandon repaired the issue in approximately 40 minutes! We have never been more satisfied with a plumbing service. They were extremely detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they resolved our problem right away. We highly recommend C&S Plumbing Services to anyone needing reliable and professional plumbing services. From Lauren’s excellent customer service to Juan and Brandon’s outstanding workmanship, the entire experience was exceptional. Thank you, C&S Plumbing Services!   Chad & Brandon were great! They assessed the plumbing issue and worked very well with the warranty company. Very professional.

  They came by the same day I called them, did a good job. My plumbing problem was somebody else’s fault, but they came back and fixed it and did not charge me for the second visit. Great job. I will call them (C&S), again.

  Had to have Brandon and Chad come to my home twice, in a weeks time, for two different times. They are very polite and respectful men. Both times they immediately started working and did not run up a huge labor bill for me. I highly recommend C & S Plumbing. Ask for Brandon and Chad.
