    I can’t say enough great things about Sheldon from Legacy Plumbing! He came out to address an issue with my kitchen faucet and also unclogged my master shower while he was here. He is also giving me a quote for a new water heater. Sheldon was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and one of the nicest service professionals I’ve ever met. He explained everything clearly, was honest, and made the entire experience stress-free. It’s so refreshing to find someone who truly cares about doing quality work and treating customers with kindness and respect. If you need a plumber, ask for Sheldon at Legacy Plumbing—you’ll be glad you did! I highly recommend him and will definitely use Legacy Plumbing again.

    We had a great experience with Legacy Plumbing! Sheldon Sims was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He arrived promptly, took the time to explain the issue in a way that was easy to understand, and walked us through several repair options without any pressure. Sheldon completed the work efficiently, and everything was done with excellent attention to detail. We truly appreciated his honesty, clear, communication, and willingness to answer all of our questions. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that provides outstanding customer service and quality work, I highly recommend Legacy Plumbing – and be sure to ask for Sheldon Sims!

    I can’t say enough good things about Legacy Plumbing. This is the second time I’ve made a service call and both times my issues were taken care of efficiently and completely. I recently had a backed up sink as well as trouble with my outdoor faucet and Philip Arlinghaus made sure to explain everything in perfect detail both before and after. From the moment Philip showed up he was certain what the issues were and he was spot on! As I always say, “I hope to not see you again soon” but at least I know with technicians like Philip you’re going to be in great hands with Legacy.

    I recently used Legacy Plumbing to replace a toilet in my master bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ashley W. was incredibly helpful throughout the scheduling process, patiently answering my questions and connecting me with a master plumber beforehand for extra support. Benjamin handled the installation, and he was knowledgeable and courteous from start to finish. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing an excellent customer experience. The installation was completed efficiently, and everything was done with great attention to detail. I’m very glad I chose Legacy Plumbing for this project and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality plumbing service.

    Rarely ever do I leave reviews but I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Legacy Plumbing Little Elm! I first spoke with Dustin who quickly realized this was a complicated situation and put me in touch with Canon, the Operations Manager. Canon did not hesitate one bit at the complexity of the situation and instead spent an extended amount of his time explaining and educating me on the problem and the process to fix it. Canon took the stress off of me from permit to inspection. It is clear the entire team at Legacy Plumbing is under great direction from managers like Canon that lead by example. Canon sent Matthew, a field supervisor and his apprentice Kaden to inspect and test every part of the gas lines in my home to make sure it was safe and would pass inspection. Both days Mathew communicated his arrival, showed up promptly, explained everything he was doing and answered all questions I had including those not related to the current problem. In fact he also, without asking, solved two additional problems for me while there. And finally Mathew stayed with me during inspection and after to make sure it all went smoothly. Upon completion I promptly received copies of of all notes from the project, a copy of the paid invoice and Sarah happily informed me that my plumbing final had PASSED! I would happily give 10 stars if I could because it was clear that building relationships with and educating clients is equally as important to this company as the quality of their work and I value that tremendously.

We give upfront pricing on the phone before you book. Our advocates have possible pricing available when you call so you can know what to expect before our licensed, bonded, and insured technician arrives! We understand that each plumbing situation is different, and although our advocates can give you possible pricing, we like to have our techs assess and give a firm price before beginning any work. Our customers really appreciate how upfront we are.

If it is a plumbing issue our advocates can not answer for you, don't worry!
