Firstly I have previously used Legacy Plumbing for 2 major repairs at our house, having said that this review is a 2 part. Firstly on all 3 occasions the initial contact was professional and courteous. A plumber was booked with a short wait timefor all three, days not weeks away. A plumber came and accessed the situation and gave me an accurate resolution and very acceptable quotes. On all occasions the work was carried out in a timely manner to my satisfaction. Secondly my review concerns the engineer Jason Lickfeldt. The issue in question was that I had a tree removed and I needed the main waterline located before grinding/removing the stump/football. My waterline is "plasic" and therefore of non conductive material that is required for location. Jason was able to engineer a workaround that gave the desired result and the waterline route is now clearly marked and yes, the waterline is dead center of the rootball, but now I can work with the arbirist in finding a solution. Thanks to Jason's insistence and perseverance a good deal of time and money was saved. On a personal note I found Jason to be very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. To me he is a credit to the company he works for. If you are needing an honest and reputable plumbing company that has integrity in its mission with good employees offering comprehensive services then Legacy would be worthwhile contacting. As for pricing, that is an individual's call. I found the pricing to be competitive for similar sized companies with similar resources. I am a retired electromechanical engineer on a fixed income and I was able to afford the cost. I hope that this review is of help.

I really can’t say much regarding satisfaction. They didn’t do anything I asked them to do. I installed a stand up shower and I wanted a center drain and the shower raised for someone over 6 feet. Mike the plumber didn’t do either request. He talked about it and so I was under the impression he understood. Unfortunately I wasn’t available to watch over and after it was done I was so upset I complained and first they called me a liar eventually compensated for their service failure but anyone over 5 ft 10 won’t fit under my shower. So if you hire them make sure you get the job in writing so you know they actually listened is my advice.

Our technician Joey Wong-Vermilion arrived in a timely manner. I had reported a possible gas leak due to an odor in my garage and a toilet that would frequently start refilling due to a small leak somewhere in the system.
Joey was able to determine the gas leak did not exist just in case he checked for gas leak, but as it turned out, the odor was from a decaying rodent. Despite that it wasn’t his job, he actually was able to help me take care of the rodent and advise me to get a professional exterminator. Which I am doing. The amount of work he did to help me was exceptional. They rodent turned out to actually be two rodents were inside the wall of my garage. He removed the sheet rock, got the rodent out, vacuumed up all the waste and reattached the sheet rock. Way above and beyond-I appreciate him.
In terms of the toilet, he identified what was leaking. It was a part that wasn’t normally stocked on his truck, but he wanted me to get it fixed today so he actually took apart out of a new toilet on his truck and replaced my part. Knowing that he could replace the part on the truck in his own timeframe . He wanted me to not be inconvenience further. Again, I appreciate him.
Finally, the corporate values of Legacy Plumbing are exceptional in my opinion. I’ve had Legacy come out a number of times over the years for a variety of problems. They were always focused on getting the job done right and as quickly as possible, and still maintain quality. Every technician I’ve had out has been professional and friendly.

I had an exceptional experience with Legacy Plumbing! I spoke with Cliffton around 8:30 this morning, and even though I was outside their normal service area, he went above and beyond to make it work and scheduled a technician to come out. That level of customer service immediately stood out.
Daniel, the technician, was fantastic. He kept me informed every step of the way, arrived exactly on time, and thoroughly explained all of my options—breaking down the pros and cons so I could make a confident decision without feeling pressured.
Once we decided how to proceed, Daniel handled everything quickly and professionally. He also cleaned up so well you would never have known there had been an issue in the first place.
From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Legacy Plumbing has absolutely earned my trust and will be my go-to plumber moving forward!

Just want to give a shout out to Legacy Plumbing! Last night my wife came to me as I was preparing dinner and asked if I knew anything about the water on the floor in the guest bathroom? I said no.. show me. I saw a puddle on the tile and instantly opened the bathroom vanity. Dry. Went to the hall way near the office and splash, splash. Uh oh. We have vinyl flooring, not good. I got the mop, mopped the water but it came right back. Fast forward we call Legacy and they sent Adam and Cameron next morning. Adam quickly appraised the problem, then set to work. Adam and Cameron dead headed what turned out to be a water leak on the slab and then efficiently re-ran a new water supply through the attic and into the walls. 5 hours later we have water and most importantly no more leak. I would like to take a moment to say, they were both professional and courteous, taking time to explain what they did and tips on how to help in the future. Now we still will have to replace flooring etc, but they were excellent! I would implore you to think of Legacy for your home needs because they do the work properly and in a proficient manner. No hanging around, no extra minutes, perfunctory, professional service at fair prices.

We provide pricing for all scenarios and ask questions to truly help you as a customer so we can do our best. Questions you might consider asking yourself would be:
1. Will I be home for this project? (We do not service unless you are home).
2. Should I purchase what I want installed? Faucet, shower head, spigot, garbage disposal, water heater, etc. (We can supply all of these if you don't want to purchase your own)!
3. Am I 18 years or older? (We will not service a home unless the resident/person is 18 or older)
4. Can I describe what is going on over the phone?
5. Is this something I can actually repair on my own, or do I need assistance? (We never want you to pay for what you don't need)
