Recently contacted Legacy Plumbing for a gas leak which resulted in an excellent outcome. The scheduling process was efficient and very professional. Pricing was transparent and upfront. I didn't feel like I was about to get fleeced by another overpriced professional. The technician (Eric H.) showed up the next day and quickly identified the issue, repaired the leak, and tested the repair. The job wasn't trivial as it required removing bricks to gain access to a non corroded pipe inside the brick fascia. His reinstallation of the brick and mortar was exceptional. He also provided additional guidance on preventing pipe corrosion in the future. The worksite was completely cleaned and free of any work debris. Eric's attention to detail and efficiency was fantastic. I plan to call Legacy Plumbing and ask for Eric for any future plumbing needs.

My wife and I recently moved into our first house, and soon after noticed a water leak in our front garden bed. We had a couple different plumbers come out who either couldn't or wouldn't identify where the leak was and quoted us for a ridiculous amount of money. Then we called Legacy Plumbing. We explained our situation to them and they were able to get us an appointment scheduled very quickly. We received a call from their master plumber who was able to answer our questions and walk us through what they would do to fix it. The next day, Ismael and Dakota came out and immediately got to work. Our front yard and garden bed was a muddy mess from the leak, but they started digging and were able to find our water lines. They cut the lines and attached an air compressor to see which side of the line the leak was coming from. They quickly identified the leak, and within a couple hours were able to repair it and install a valve box for easier access and isolation in the future. And best of all, their price was amazing compared to the other quotes we got! Ismael and Dakota did an excellent job! They were extremely helpful, respectful, knowledgable and personable. They weren't afraid to get dirty and even cut through some bushes and a tree someone previously had planted right over the water line. Now we are leak free and get to enjoy our new home with running water. I can't recommend Legacy Plumbing enough, and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

I experienced a water leak on my irrigation system (headache)…image coming back home from out of town and your home is showing a leak up to 11 gallons an hour. Needless to say I was frantic and had to turn my water off immediately. I reached out to my neighbor and asked if they had a plumber referral. I was referred to LEGACY PLUMBING. I called and attempted to get an appointment right away. But with such short notice, Sarah, which was super kind, stated we can get someone there by Friday but I will place you on an urgent notice. You can’t imagine how relieved I was to know someone was coming this morning, a day earlier. Henry, called and said that he would be at my home in 20 minutes. Henry was THE BEST!!!!! He was patient with me while asking questions. He showed me my problem, gave suggestions, and overall just made me feel at ease knowing the work was being done WELL. I felt that I could TRUST, him. Now days being personable with individuals that are spending their hard earned money, is missing. You want that feeling of knowing you can trust someone to do the job well. Thank you HENRY!!!! Thank you SARAH, and thank you LEGACY PLUMBING, for your personalized professionalism. You have a life long customer in me! Tanya

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Paul did an outstanding job diagnosing a really mysterious toilet issue that had been driving me crazy. The toilet had an unusually long siphon, would sometimes siphon twice, and even gurgled when other fixtures were running. I had already tried several things myself and couldn’t figure out what was causing it. Paul was patient, knowledgeable, and methodical in troubleshooting the problem instead of just guessing or recommending unnecessary repairs. He took the time to track down the actual cause and explain what was happening. It was impressive watching him work through such an unusual issue. If you have a plumbing problem that isn’t obvious and need someone who really knows how to diagnose it, I highly recommend Paul. Great plumber and excellent problem-solving skills!

I do not often write reviews, but when a company provides service that genuinely stands out, I think it is worth taking the time to acknowledge it. I recently had a main sewer line break just beneath and outside an exterior wall of my home. After diagnosing the problem myself with an amateur inspection camera, I contacted several plumbing companies for assistance and estimates. My experience with the first companies was less than satisfactory. One never responded, another seemed uninterested in the work, and the company I ultimately hired for a professional camera inspection provided an estimate that I felt was significantly higher than reasonable, with several line items that appeared unnecessary. I then contacted Legacy Plumbing, and I wish I had called them first. Legacy reviewed the camera diagnostics I already had and used them as a starting point for their on-site assessment. Adam Mallady and Dakota Dawes came out, performed additional diagnostics, and confirmed both the sewer break and its location. What immediately impressed me was the way they approached the entire job. They prepared an estimate and discussed the available options with me on-site, taking the time to explain everything clearly and without rushing. They even offered the option for me to handle part of the excavation myself to reduce the cost. I never felt that they were simply trying to sell me the most expensive solution; rather, they presented practical options with the customer's interests in mind. Adam also provided his cell number and encouraged me to contact him with any questions before the work began. Communication throughout the project was excellent. Legacy kept me informed as the work date approached, and Adam and Dakota regularly checked in with me during the excavation and repair. When additional issues became apparent after excavation, they explained what they had found and why additional work was necessary. There were some additional charges for excavation and concrete removal, but they were reasonable and, importantly, were communicated to me before the additional work was performed. At the completion of the repair, Adam and Dakota walked me through exactly what they had done and explained the findings and repairs in detail. The workmanship was excellent, and their attention to detail was evident throughout the project. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation recommending Legacy Plumbing. Adam Mallady and Dakota Dawes represented the company exceptionally well, and I would gladly use Legacy again for future plumbing work.
