  Had a great closing with Sanjeev Luthra. He is really helpful and educated us in every aspect of the closing process. Very very happy with the purchase

  The sales person Sanjeev Luthra is very rude and refused to give basic information about the homes..showed least interest while belittling me in every possible way and asked me personal and uncomfortable questions that are irrelavant to home purchase and judgy....I see one more person in reviews had similar experience and looks like he does this with people all the time...he was very impatient about disussing any details on the home and said this is not your country where you negotiate stuff, which i think is absolutely unacceptable thing to say to anyone. He insulted me by saying you dont have the capability to purchase a home with beazer and asked to try my luck some remote location...all this while i quoted a price merely few thousands less than the original sale price. I believe he picks on people who he assumes are not potential buyers (from specific nationality) and feels he can get away by saying anything. He is very unprofessional and lacks any morals. I wish beazer had another sales person to work with..seems he is only person available with Beazer....he may have sold homes at higher prices but doesnt mean he is the best sales person around...my visit to beazer has been very unpleasant and wish beazer management can review his behaviours and put him in training so he can learn a thing or two about politeness and professionalism from fellow Mattamy homes....

  Please fix your times on google. It says you're open at 10 on Sunday but when we arrived you're closed and it says noon.
