Curtis and Faithco have been out several times to help us. Yesterday, we walked into the house after a surgery and hospital stay and needed help with our AC ASAP. Faithco sent someone right over to help, so I didn’t have to struggle in the heat. They always do a wonderful job! They are prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, reasonable, and experts in their field of service. We highly recommend them for all of your home service needs!

Steven and Will went above and beyond to figure out and then fix the issues I was having with my hvac systems condensation line. Then as other issues came up, they found solutions and fixed those as they went. Awesome service, super professional guys, and fast service. Will be using Faithco moving forward.

CAUTION ADVISED Faithco was called last week to look at the HVAC system at my 88 year old mother in laws home. The air was blowing cold but she heard a noise once from the unit outside. After inspecting the unit and system, she was told the unit could go out any day and it needed to be replaced. The quote - $25k to replace the system, install new duct work throughout the house, etc. That quote cost her $199. The number seemed outrageous - especially considering it's a 2 bedroom home, so we got a 2nd opinion from another local HVAC company. Their recommendation - we don't need to do anything. The system is old but operating as designed. In fact, he said the noise that was heard was more than likely a small tree limb that the fan hit on the outside unit. They also advised that if for some reason the unit did go out - they could replace it within 24 hours for 9k. Unbelievable. When I told him about the first quote - he said let me guess, it was “Faithco?” .....I'll leave it at that.
