  The guy that came out and did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond. He was right on time and just as pleasant and respectful as can be. He had my furnace working within hours of him arriving., and that is With him having to drive all the way to humble, Texas to get the part. I will definitely be referring them to my friends and family. I just wish my home warranty would have covered it, but that is nothing on their fault.

  Called to see about someone checking our unit, because our house wasn't cooling at all, and reaching temps around 90 degrees. The tech was quick to arrive, and get to work. Got the house cooling again, told us what to look out for, and was quite helpful in general, and the house has remained cold ever since. We'll be looking to purchase a new unit in the near future, and will definitely be calling them when that time comes.
