- EREarl RoseMay 11, 20265.0Sean came over to install some Landscaping Flood Lights. His work was immaculate. He works clean and he's fast. Most times when people are paid by the hour, they like to take their time, and "milk the clock". Sean is not like that. I anticipated him being about 2 to 3 hours and he was finished in 45 minutes. Not only did he bury the wires properly, he straightened the mulch l, as well as pulled a few weeds. I will certainly keep his nunber on speed dial for any and all projects around my house!

The next morning I received a call from Gordon. No apology - just "Sorry, that was an 'oversight'. Do you want to reschedule?" My recommendation to Gordon is just to man up if you can't meet a scheduled appointment. You knew this appointment was on your schedule, but you just thought ignoring it was better than calling your customer and explaining the situation.
