  We bought our house in 1989. It was a brand new one-story 3-2-2 brick ranch, a little less than 1500 sq ft. It had never been lived in. The neighborhood and town is great, but only a year later we started noticing cracks in the brick fascade and doors were hard to close. Over the years we had it worked on by four different foundation companies. All of them failed. It was piered with Cable Lok in 1998. This was supposed to “fix it for good” as the TV ad claims. They pushed 34 concrete cylinders into the perimeter soil under the exterior footings. Lifetime warranty they said. Right… The house continued to move. We called the Cable Lok people out here many times after. Finally, I was told by the Dallas manager that they would no longer honor the lifetime warranty. They wanted more money for more concrete piers and a system that was already failing. In January 2026, I called Jorge with Ifix Construction and several other Foundation Companies for quotes. I’d seen the iFix Youtube videos and noted that they were installing driven steel piers. I was impressed with the volume and work they were doing and the commitment to the customer. His team came out and drove 41 steel piers down 33feet to bedrock. At the worst point my home was low over 8” from the reference datum. Jorge also reopened the holes for the Cable Lok piers and found some that were only driven down to only 16” deep. Jorges team tunneled 46 linear feet under the foundation to reach the worst areas that Cable Lok neglected. Those piers too went down 33 feet. 6 months later this house is rock solid. We’ve seen no cracks in the drywall or brickwork. The back door has never closed as well as it does now. I highly recommend iFix Construction if you’re having issues with your N Texas home.

  Jorge and his team are great at what they do. I found his company on TikTok and so happy that they came across my fyp. Our house sunk 4 inches and they were able to lift it back to life. These guys work so hard and deserve great reviews. Our neighbor hired them while they were here in Buda. Thank you for traveling to make this possible.   Jorge and his team just left my home. I couldn't be more thrilled with their work and communication throughout the process of installing 12 piers on my home. Absolute pros from digging and leveling to clean-up and concrete patchwork... all at the best price of the 4 companies I had come out. Also really respected that Jorge is right there with his guys in the trenches; that shows the pride he takes in his company. If you think you may need foundation repair and aren't sure who to go with, at the very least, have these guys come out. Their YouTube videos gave me some additional peace of mind of who I'd be hiring/working with.

  We’ve worked with iFix now for both our foundation and plumbing needs. They did a full underground pipe replacement for our home and the experience we had was phenomenal! There have been several homes on our block that had the same work done and it seemed to take much longer. IFix was able to get me a quote, have the excavation and repiping done all under 6 days! We were only without water for half a day. Communication with Jorge is clear and quick and they have the most competitive pricing. I recommend iFix to anyone and will definitely be using their services again if needed.

  I was told by two other foundation companies that I needed thousands of dollars in foundation repair. Jorge was super helpful, super knowledgeable, and very willing to walk me through the evaluation process. He told me that although the house had a low spot, it had not moved in 10 years and was stable. He said they could put in some piers but they really weren't necessary. The price he quoted was less than half my other quotes. I would tell anyone considering foundation work that they should get a bid from iFix first.
