- PNPaul Najera5 days ago5.0Design Floors was incredibly easy to deal with from the very beginning. Leo Wells, our representative, was completely all about what we wanted. My wife and I never felt pressured to commit to anything or any particular product. Leo's knowledge and honesty were calming and appreciated. It is amazing what we learned from Leo throughout this entire process. Additionally, he responded to questions in a professional and timely manner. Although we were only replacing carpet for flooring in our master closet due to a water leak, he treated us as if we were installing new floor into the entire house! We are so satisfied with the entire process, we have decided to replace carpet in two other rooms in the future with Design Floors. We also appreciated the promptness and professionalism of the install crew. Not only did they do a great job prepping and installing the new floor, they also cleaned up really well after the job.
