  Texas Pride Floors started off well but ended poorly. My new LVP floor has holow spots, crunchy sounds, and ridges that can be felt under the vinyl. They would not acknowledge that the issues were their responsibility. I hired a private floor inspector to get a second opinion. TPF has tried to place all of the issues that I see with the floor under the HVAC not being on when the floor was installed last June. However, the inspector found that the subfloor preparation was at fault and NONE of the issues I'm experiencing are related to HVAC. I gave them a chance to collaborate a solution with me and their response was not to take responsibility in any way, they wouldn't even answer the email. The company will not honor their 1 year installation warranty on labor. The installer was Nelvke, which they told me was their best installer however the inspector found deviations all throughout the 2600 sqft of installed floor. I paid 17K for this floor. I paid for leveler and they did not make sure the sub floor was flat before installing. Beware and steer away from this company.

  This company is everything you ever wanted for a floor replacement job. Shelly was fantastic in helping us with product selection. Their 3-man crew was outstanding. Demo and installation was very organized. They were respectful of our belongings and very efficient in their work, and they cleaned up after themselves.

  Very happy with my new floors! They were able to seamlessly integrate some leftover tile from the rest of the house and make a much easier to clean office space/pet room! Very pleased with the more than reasonable cost and the guys were super fast! Highly recommend Dusten, Virginia, and the whole team at Texas Pride!

  I worked with Dusten and Kris on hardwood flooring and tile (shower and bath) for my new house. They had GREAT prices and most importantly the BEST service. The build was 40+ miles away but they took it on no problem. They got quotes back super fast and stayed in close contact with me throughout the 3+ month process. We had to change schedules multiple times on them due to delays on my build in other trades and they always approached it with a great attitude, making great recommendations/suggestions along the way. The work was very professional and the prices were thousands less than other local flooring/tile companies (using the same materials). I can't honestly say enough about how pleased I am with them, if I could give 10 stars I would.

  Just had new floors put in a 1917 Craftsman home. The entire home was prepped and had flooring installed. The process was smooth from beginning to end. Mitchell was right on time for the measurements, answered all of my questions, and had a bid for us within 24 hours. We were impressed with the detail his quote provided, with everything itemized and priced. Mitchell was extremely prompt in answering text messages and emails, and always professional and courteous. His crew met us right on time and did an exceptional job. Everything was left neat, the floors look amazing, and we couldn't be happier. Upon the walk-through, we noticed a small closet didn't have flooring in it, and Mitchell had one of his guys out within 24 hours to put in the flooring. Excellent service, excellent craftsmanship, fair pricing, and a company that truly understands customer service. Highly recommend.
