Friendly staff. Window of availability ran over the estimated time, but we were grateful for same day service. Replaced a capacitor for just under 300.00. Motor replacement was advised...but not necessary at this time. Will get a quote for later date. The capacitor replacement is a basic repair so it seemed high but if you can't do it yourself, you happily pay to have A/C in July Texas heat!

He did a very good job being on time and communicating with me and my husband regarding the process and the progress. He also explained what the next steps would be including all options. He was very professional and kind.

Gregory was absolutely the best! He was very knowledgeable and walked us through everything he was doing and helped us understand. He was so patient and was out there working past 9pm and did with a smile on his face. He never made us feel guilty for it. Thank you Gregory! You’re the best!

In fairness, I'll start with the good. The field technician (Jason) who came to our home was respectful, thorough, and kind to my family. My issue is entirely with how the office treats you once something goes wrong. We were without AC during a heat advisory with our two-year-old at home. A technician was supposed to come back that evening but never gave a time, and no one called. When I phoned to follow up, a manager named Tina told me the technician had returned a second time after 8. That wasn't true. I was home by 8 and no one came. When I calmly said I was frustrated and worried about my child, another man took the phone from Tina and never gave his name. Instead of calming things down, he demanded an apology from me, told me to "act like an adult," and kept dismissing me as "not the landlord, just the tenant." He then texted me a screenshot of the company's own call log as his "proof." It actually showed me calling at 8:02 and 8:03, which confirmed I was home the whole time. The next day, after the technician had worked at our house for about two hours, Tina told me their notes claimed we had "turned the unit on" and there was nothing they could do. We never touched it, and a two-hour visit makes that claim fall apart. When I pushed back, she asked again whether I was the landlord and then hung up on me. I tried to resolve this directly with the owner before writing anything. I'm posting publicly because that didn't work. I know one review won't dent a rating like this, and that isn't why I'm writing. I'm leaving it for the next person trying to decide who to trust in their home when something goes wrong. This is the side that doesn't usually make it into the reviews. Every call was recorded, and I'd welcome the owner, or anyone reading, to listen to mine.

JW did an amazing job! Our HVAC decided that the best time to quit was during an emergency situation, because apparently it enjoys drama. Thankfully, our technician showed up like the superhero of cold air and good decisions. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem without speaking in mysterious HVAC wizard language, and had everything fixed before I started pricing out tents and researching how to survive as an off-grid pioneer. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient enough to answer all my questions. The unit is running perfectly now, my pets are comfortable again, and my thermostat and I are no longer in a toxic relationship. If you need HVAC help, especially when your system chooses chaos, I highly recommend this company and their technician. Five stars, and if I could give bonus stars for saving me from sweating through my furniture, I would.
