- JJJD4 days ago5.0Our AC went out over the weekend and JW came out Monday morning, immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to get a replacement part installed within the hour. He was friendly and walked me through the issue and solution. Thank you to JW for getting our AC back online in the Texas summer!
- JSJack Stephenson5 days ago1.0Can not recommend this chain. I contacted Covid during the hottest week of the year, and while they did send a technician Saturday to diagnose the outdoor HVAC unit he somehow missed the completely clogged condensate hose. The next day the GM walked me through clearing it, which was kind of them, but did not resolve the issue. That Sunday they told me they couldn’t send anyone out as they had only one on-call, which is reasonable, so I booked online and chose an available 10am spot Monday. 9:30am Monday I call to confirm, and the receptionist tells me “they probably won’t make it out today” due to the busy schedule. I would have had no way to know / could have booked with another service. The GM confirms that company policy precludes them from helping me if I have Covid (not new information, I was upfront from Saturday). I would have just found out nobody was coming by noon I guess. If you’re seeking emergency assistance, I’d highly recommend finding a smaller shop that won’t misplace your humanity in their system / corporate policy.

Instead of just sending a technician out and charging right off the back, he took the time to help me diagnose my problem over the phone at my request and explained everything. Most impressively his vast knowledge of HVAC. he diagnosed my issue exactly. I was even able to resolve it without a service call. It’s rare these days to find a company that work to help you solve your problems and not jump to immediately charging you for everything. I cannot recommend the Leander/ North Austin branch more! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Our A/C went out during one of the hottest stretches of the summer, and they had a technician out to us faster than I expected. Jason was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing — he diagnosed the problem quickly, walked me through exactly what was wrong and what my options were, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprises on the final bill. The house was cool and comfortable again within a couple of hours. It's rare to find a company this honest and responsive these days. If you need A/C repair or maintenance, these are the folks to call.
