  I'm really impressed with the Chesmar Homes, the build quality is very good and the consultant is so responsive and helpful throughout the building process. One thing which i like the most is they send story updates about our house with all the pictures for every 1-2 weeks. Their designs are unique and modern and we loved the Leilana Model, it was built very spacious and huge. Most of the included options they provided are upgrades. Overall I'm very satisfied with the Chesmar Homes.

  The entire experience right from walking into the Office to Signing up for our home and all the experiences with Staff, Construction Manager have been exceptional. Many Kudos and thanks to Megan who was relentless in finding our friendsIdeal home to their specs and tastes. Despite our friends being away in a different city , Megan made the purchasing and options process seamless. Post sales were were continuously updated on the status and timelines. As for the construction quality , it's top notch. They used high grade material all through. Construction Manager Robert is extremely informative and highly knowledgable , he was able to provide us solutions and architectural guidance .
