He came back early the following morning to complete the remaining work — no fuss, no excuses, just a genuine commitment to finishing what he started. He took the time to verify voltages on-site before wiring anything, explained every step clearly, and flagged things I should know about without trying to upsell unnecessary work.   First visit to evaluate the problem with the mast John was on time and they even send a text with the pic of tech coming out, nice touch. John explained the issue and what needed to be done. Again on time for second visit for the service work. Everything was cleaned up at the work site, even the pieces of wires the guy from TX New Mexico just threw on the ground when turning power back on. John was very detail in explaining everything he had done. I would highly recommend them again.

  Just moved to Texas City, poor service from TXU to get electricity back to existing home. John was great in inspecting code compliance, pulling permit with city, and coordinating final inspection with passing status. Satisfied customer.

  I have nothing but positive feedback for this business & John! I had a pretty big mess on my hands when one of my breakers caught fire. Although the schedule was already full, Rita squeezed me in & John came to work on the weekend & after hours every day of the week until the job was done. He did all this by himself!! He was upfront with me about everything that needed to be done. He gave me breakdowns and costs upfront & was very communicative with me throughout the service time. Whenever I had a question or concern he responded & acted immediately, even when it was late! If you need electric work done I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Sparky.
