  Caleb and his staff was absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable throughout our entire flooring project. From the first time we walked in the door everyone was very helpful and supportive to our needs. The installers were superb and did an amazing job on our formal living room, living room, kitchen, and hall way, The cost of our project was well worth it without breaking the bank. We will definitely be using this great team again from LL Flooring. You won't be disappointed. It's worth the try. Thank you again LL Flooring for a job well done. Charles and Renetta Bennett...

  DO NOT use this company period. Returning items is a big problem. Also the installers they use are NOT qualified. We already had a bad installer that we hired. After hiring our own installer we thought that we could get a better installer with them since we purchased all of the products with them. After paying $25.00 for a BID (most companies are FREE) This guy came out was worse and that's bad than we had. This guy had NO idea how to install their OWN product. Scary thought but true! The salespeople are super friendly.

  The installers ripped out carpeting out of 2 bedrooms by mistake. They promised to replace it with new carpeting. They put the old carpet back in. They spliced it together, and ruined it. Victor and Amber are liars. Don't use this company. They are incompetent. Edit: I’m editing my review. Lumber Liquidators ended up making good their mistake. They installed new carpet in the two bedrooms. They also installed new carpet in a third bedroom, so it would all match. Thanks to Lauren, for making this happen.
