  I honestly don't know how this location stays in business. As a new customer, I expected at least someone on staff to know how to use their computer system. Instead, no one could help because they couldn't figure out their own software. The manager eventually came out, but he seemed even more confused than the employees. At one point, he was asking mechanics in the back for help with the computer. It was unbelievable to watch. The whole operation felt completely unorganized and unprofessional. Everyone looked like they were just waiting for a paycheck while making the bare minimum effort to help customers. If your rental system is constantly down or your staff isn't trained to use it, that's a management problem—not the customer's. I came to rent equipment, not to stand around while everyone tried to figure out how their own business works. Very disappointing experience. I won't be coming back, and I can't recommend this location.

  Clean store, great equipment at reasonable prices, with professional and knowledgeable staff. A much needed addition for Laredo’s growing infrastructure. Please add a location in the north area!
