  Every Saturday I deal with the exact same issue: my trash is not picked up unless I call to remind them. I am supposedly on a scheduled route, yet week after week I’m forced to follow up myself just to receive the service I am already paying for. This ongoing problem shows a clear lack of reliability, organization, and accountability. What makes this even more concerning is that this has been happening for years. Despite repeated calls and complaints over a long period of time, nothing has been done to correct the issue or prevent it from continuing. The fact that this pattern has persisted for so long clearly shows a failure on the company’s part to address its own operational problems or implement any meaningful solutions. Unfortunately, this company demonstrates poor communication, little regard for its customers, and no apparent effort to resolve recurring mistakes. Instead of taking responsibility and making improvements, they continue to allow the same problem to happen over and over. It is extremely frustrating to have to chase down a basic service that should be routine and dependable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The level of disorganization and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable, and potential customers should be aware before choosing their services.
