- CSCynthia SernaOct 16, 20261.0Bad customer service, bad management. Constantly not showing up on scheduled service days.
- JCJaime CortazzoJun 3, 20261.0Always the same issue. The dispatcher doesn't answer or call back had the same issue for the last 6 months time to change. Shitty service and no follow through all the way to the manager I emailed you along with my number. If you respond I would gladly talk to you. If you don't then what would I have expected.
- RGRosalinda GutiérrezJul 29, 20251.0Worst customer service, they just don't respond at all, which is very concerning
- AMAlondra MartinezNov 30, 20241.0They just lost a customer of over 10 years (Didn’t know there were other companies) thanks to their extremely rude driver! The driver that comes by Santa Maria Avenue is extremely rude and doesn’t come pick up trash the days assigned, hopefully one day HQ finally pays attention to this drivers horrible customer service, The office never answers calls (when they do, they never fix the problems). In those 10 years nothing was EVER fixed. They don’t even refund the days they don’t pick up trash (we pay for two pick-ups a week). DON’T RECOMMEND AT ALL. Save yourselves problems!!!!!!!
