  Always the same issue. The dispatcher doesn't answer or call back had the same issue for the last 6 months time to change. Shitty service and no follow through all the way to the manager I emailed you along with my number. If you respond I would gladly talk to you. If you don't then what would I have expected.

  Beware of this establishment they charge your card without authorization and then they cover up for one another and lie to justify what they have done, they don’t know a thing about customer service!!!! Worse customer service!!

  Worst service ever. They are always late on the routes to pick up trash...I've been dealing with them for 3 weeks in a row that they don't pick up trash on time and my container is over flowed. Call oficce and Ms. Alexa only tells the same story over and over that they are on their way and no solutions. Got a # for a Tony and no answer on his behalf, want to leave a message and voice-mail and its full. Worst customer service and mediocre services from this company. Would like to speak to an owner or a responsible party and employees denied that info...hope this gets to a responsible person and matter is taken care of. Payment is always on time from my behalf (bank direct deposit) but I guess they don't value customers as they should. Laredo definitely needs more options for trash pick up.

  My wife and I have been trying to rent a dumpster from Southern Sanitation for the last 2 - 3 weeks and have not heard a single word from them after we filled out an application and provided our payment information. We have called back 3 times now to inquire as to the status of our application and the receptionist can not provide us with any answers. They only refer us to a single employee who handles the rentals, who has yet to confirm with us or try to contact us back through either phone call or email. Our uncle recommended this company because the prices are reasonable but the company seems to require better organization in order to efficiently work with its clientele because having only one person to work with or talk to about creating/approving a contract has not been very productive for us. We are trying to clear out a lot of land that we just bought in order to begin building our house, but we can’t move forward until we rent a dumpster to clear out the trash created by the removal of the old house, which ultimately is our biggest frustration with not being able to get confirmation or feedback from Southern Sanitation.
