- LLLala LopezJul 11, 20265.0Spoke to Jay Loza over the phone last week, one I kept apologizing because my child kept asking me 100 questions 90 mph lol and she kept telling me “you do not have to be sorry that’s a blessing your child is speaking and is healthy. That just showed me what type of person she is. Also I originally asked for the wrong thing, she then asked what are you using the machine with and from there she corrected me and helped me not only identify but helped me get the machine I needed. She did tell me she was new so I felt like leaving this comment for encouragement for her. Keep up the good work and thank you for your help.
