  Nicholas was amazing. He showed up on time big smile on his face. Great personality. Clearly knew what he was doing. The coil had frozen to begin with. No matter how much time he spent in the unbelievably hot attic, Every time he came back to me in the kitchen, he had photos videos and still a big smile on his face. He took the time to go through the photos and videos with me. I would have him back to any of my properties, to the point that I would trust him with a key.

  The A/C unit shut off and I made an appointment. They came out fixed our A/C unit and did an excellent job. The family is happy and we can stay out this Trxas heat. Highly recommend

  Called Freedom AC for a compressor issue and it turned into a nightmare. They quoted me $xx,xxx+ — I got a second opinion from another company who fixed the actual problem that same day for a fraction of the cost. Freedom said it would take days. On top of the bogus quote, they never disclosed their pricing before starting. The tech spent the visit nitpicking unrelated parts of my system even after I told him repeatedly I just wanted the AC turned back on. I later learned they bill by time spent — which explains why he dragged it out. When it came time to pay, he charged me $500 and refused to leave until I paid, even though I didn’t have a card on me. He also kept pressuring me to commit to the $xx,xxx repair and pushed for reassurance that I’d call him back to do the job. Zero transparency, high-pressure sales tactics, and a wildly inflated quote for work I didn’t even need. Get a second opinion before trusting anything they tell you.

  Lost main AC unit, 5T Lenox 20 plus years old, yesterday at 1700hrs. Called Freedom Heating & Air and got a text from Hector the owner and he said he would have a crew there in the morning at 0700. Today at 0700hrs Shannon and Elvy are pulling the main unit off the pad and the clock is running. Four hrs and 4min later job done ,5T Trane installed and they are driving off. Great service and coustomer care. I have been using Freedom Heating and Air for many years and belong to their yearly tune-up program which has paid dividends over the years. Hector put in a Mitsubishi Mr Slim mini split on my master bedroom 15 yrs ago and has done all my maintenance since. Great compny you can't go wrong.
