  Our septic system was having issues and a integral pump motor went out. Davis septic sent out Braxton with all the possible parts needed to fix and reset our system; motor replaced, system reset and charged as well as, setting all timers and resets. We now can use our water (other than the toilets) and get back to living. He (Braxton) was polite, informative and extremely professional; everything we ask for in a service based visit and more.

  Outstanding job, all the way around. From first call to office, dealt with down to earth gentleman that explained everything I had questions on to the professional crew that showed up soon after and did solid work. Appreciate everyone walking me through all my questions and the crew working hard in the heat. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

  I called them at 10:00am and they had the service completed before 3:00pm! Same day service and took care of everything I needed! Amazing to find a company that still believes in the value of providing great customer service! Highly recommended! A+++
