- RARebecca Armbruster2 days ago5.0Jose and his crew worked efficiently, involved me when decisions had to be made, and always kept me in the loop regarding the schedule, all of which I appreciated. They were careful in both their work and in prepping my home with the appropriate floor and furniture coverings to minimize dirt and dust. They managed the installation of a HUGE Palladian window over the front door with great professionalism and teamwork (and a good deal of scaffolding)! I was particularly grateful that they did not require that I take down all the housings for the window blinds “in case they interfered with the installation,” and instead only removed the few that really needed removing, thereby minimizing the need to fuss with finding bigger screws or drilling new holes. They did a great job caulking the new windows generously yet neatly. They cleaned all the new windows very nicely and put all the blinds back up for me. At the end, they cleaned up and hauled off all the debris from the install, even going around the house with a metal detector to ensure no screw or nails were left behind. I am very pleased with the quality of both the installation work AND the workmanship of my new windows, particularly the beautiful interior window frames. They look so much better than the old builder-grade metal frames that I elected to NOT re-hang the living room and dining room curtains for a much cleaner, brighter look.
