One of their plumbing technicians, Hunter Patton, came out to assess the situation. He quickly determined that our grinder pump was fine but we had an issue with our main water line. And then he rolled up his sleeves and got it fixed. Hunter was extremely professional, very efficient and communicated very effectively. The price was fair and the service was 5+ stars. We won't use anyone else for our plumbing or home services. Highly recommend.

I’m thankful that he was able to adjust the total cost of my services to a more appropriate figure. Prior to his involvement, I couldn’t recommend Lantz plumbing nor did I plan to use Lantz in the future. But actions speak louder than words and Marks actions and willingness to work with me have left a much better impression. Perhaps in the future I’ll be able to improve on this score.
