  Not happy with the diagnosis charge! Told $120 before hrs and 180 after hrs and got charged $180. $452 total to drain and clear a line! Ridiculous!!!!😡😡😡. And being told it was $272. Then after work is completed get charged $452!! Not cool at all!!

  3 weeks, 2 visits, hundreds in repairs, and still have not fixed the split air that they claimed to have “dealt with hundreds” of. Lesson learned, just go with Jon Wayne and save the time and frustration.

  I didn’t even know GVEC did HVAC but when I called they said they could be here in an hour. Jackson showed up and was really informative and had the issue diagnosed and solved in about 45 minutes. I had called Jon Wayne prior to GVEC and they said it would be a week before anyone could come out (which I get bc it’s hot as hell out now) but that timeline wouldn’t work for us. Thank you Jackson and GVEC for keeping us comfortable! If anyone needs an HVAC issue solved, call GVEC and specifically the dude named Jackson.

  Jose was an excellent person who took his time to explain and went over the unit too to bottom. He will get with his supervisor to help try and alleviate the problem the unit is having. The unit itself is only a year old but it has problems that will affect it and seems to be a manufacturer problem with its design. So Jose is going to try and find away to help with that problem. Its not gvecs fault it's the manufacturer of the ac itself.

  Jose kept me informed of his arrival time. He was very polite, introduced himself and kept me updated on what was done on my HVAC, gave me a price to fix what was needed and let me know when the work was completed. Very knowledgeable and explained everything. Would definately use Jose again.
