We had major problems with mold growth and ductwork sweating, and everyone told us we needed a new system or new ductwork — but no one could tell us why. Terry at Texecellent found the root cause with real testing and data we could understand. Turns out we had an oversized system, undersized ductwork, and major air infiltration, leaving us stuck at 65–70% humidity no matter how cold we ran it. After his team installed a variable-speed system, all new ductwork, and an Aprilaire media rack, we're at a crisp 72 degrees and 45–50% humidity. Can't thank them enough for making our home healthy again.

I’d do business with him given his sincere interest in getting g things right. Original post This company came highly recommended. They are competent. However they charged $109 to come out and walk the house. I never got any written quotes just an ear full of all sorts of fancy things they needed. Meanwhile the outside fan was loud enough to hear on the street. Another company came out the next day. Replaced the fan and my ac has been working better than it has in 4 years (still nothing but a bill from Texcellent ! Nice people though

I will use Texellent every chance I get. These guys are building scientists. If you choose anyone else you are getting subpar service end of story.
