  This is my second Tuff Shed, and I can honestly say the second experience did not disappoint! When I purchased my first Tuff Shed four years ago, I was a little overwhelmed and unsure about everything I needed. That’s when Alan Lindroth reached out and guided me through the entire process. He took the time to come to my home to make sure everything was ready for the build, answered all of my questions, and even shared his phone number with me in case I needed anything. He made what initially felt overwhelming incredibly easy and seamless. Fast-forward four years, and I decided I needed a second Tuff Shed, this time for a workshop. Naturally, the first person I called was Alan. To my surprise, he answered on the first ring! I was genuinely so happy to learn that he was still with Tuff Shed, and once again, he went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Alan even met me at my local Home Depot to personally review the shed we had configured together. He went through everything with me line by line to make sure every detail was exactly right. It was already 7:00PM in the evening, yet he never rushed me or made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. He stayed until we were completely satisfied that everything was perfect. WOW! That level of dedication and customer service is incredibly rare these days, and once again, I was so impressed. The excellent service continued when it came time for scheduling. Alina Flores was an absolute pleasure to work with. Every time I called, she was helpful, kind, patient, and accommodating. I changed my build date a few times, and she was just as pleasant and helpful every single time. She made the scheduling process effortless and never once made me feel like I was being an inconvenience. As for the product itself, Tuff Shed is the ONLY additional structure I would consider putting on my property next to my home. I love that I can customize it to complement my house while also designing it around exactly how I plan to use the space. The quality is fantastic, the builders are incredibly efficient, and when the job is finished, they leave the yard spotless. A great product is important, but the people behind it are what truly make the difference. Employees like Alan and Alina turn what could simply be a purchase into an exceptional customer experience. Their professionalism, patience, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile are exactly why I came back to Tuff Shed four years later, and why I would choose Tuff Shed again. Thank you, Alan and Alina, for making my second Tuff Shed experience every bit as wonderful as the first. Tuff Shed is fortunate to have both of you representing the company. You are truly exceptional at what you do!

  Tough Shed is amazing. I got tired of paying. Monthly fees on storage I’ve I’ve had mine about two years and still looks like it’s brand new. I’m writing now because I lost my key. I called called them. They said come pick up some more and they gave me two keys. Amazing, friendly and very professional. When I need another storage shed I know where I’m going!

  I couldn’t be happier with my new Tuff Shed shed. From the first contact with my Wyatt my sales representative to the crew that actually built the shed it has been a very good experience with no problems. The building crew was very helpful and attentive to my concerns and worked on touching up the paint until I was satisfied. They even came back the next day after hours to install some door hinge hardware that had not gotten loaded on the trailer the day of the actual build. This is the second Tuff Shed building that I have bought and I have never had any problems with Tuff Shed or their buildings. They cost a little more than the flimsy buildings that come in a kit from the big box stores but they are worth that extra cost plus you get a longer warranty on them. Thank you Tuff Shed. Gary

  Wyatt was fantastic helping me with my Pro Studio Tuff Shed in Austin. Knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend Tuffshed!

  I pondered and shopped and pondered some more before finally settling on the best product on the market for sheds! By far Tuff Shed is the top choice and I’m glad I went with them! The install team (Oscar, Ed, & Ugo) showed up on time and we’re done with our 10x14 by 2 PM! Much appreciation to Wyatt and Ryan in the Kyle, TX office!
