- ERErin RazoJun 3, 20261.0Almost half a million dollars later and I can’t flush my toilets. Septic system improperly installed and the builder refused to take responsibility. They won’t even return my calls. Paid for an extended warranty and they say it doesn’t take effect for two years so the builder is responsible. Builder puts the blame on the installer who pretends to be someone else when I call. This should be illegal. Such a disappointment to but a new home and get treated like trash
