  I was impressed by the stylish, affordable homes with open-concept floor plans at both the new Parkton Square community and the established 6 Creeks community in Kyle, TX. Risewell offers one story and two story plans with 3-5 bedrooms priced from the low $300s to low $500s that can make the dream of homeownership a reality for you! Both communities are in a great location in Kyle close to parks and amenities.

  As a local Austin Realtor, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many builders throughout Central Texas, and Risewell Homes at 6 Creeks truly stands out. The model home is absolutely beautiful, showcasing thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and attention to detail throughout. The homes are exceptionally well-built, offer great value, and are competitively priced for the quality you receive. Risewell has quickly become my builder of choice in 6 Creeks because of their commitment to delivering a quality product and an outstanding homebuying experience. A huge part of that experience is Susan Sullivan, the on-site sales professional. Susan is incredibly knowledgeable about the homes, floor plans, community, and amenities. She takes the time to thoroughly explain every detail, making sure buyers feel informed and confident throughout the process. She is also fantastic to work with as a Realtor. She is professional, responsive, organized, and always willing to go the extra mile for both agents and clients. Susan consistently provides exceptional service and creates a welcoming, no-pressure environment. Her expertise and dedication are evident from the moment you walk into the model.   I cannot say enough great things about Susan Sullivan at Roswell Homes in Kyle! From our very first conversation, Susan made the entire home-buying process feel effortless.   Susan @ 6 Creeks is very helpful and conveniently located at the model home. I’m a realtor in the area and she was kind enough to allow for access into a couple of the available homes in the neighborhood! 6 Creeks is a great community with a lot of family friendly amenities, if you’re looking for a new home swing on by!
