  Excellent customer service. My garage door DIY installation was a big mistake on my part. I regret not calling Killeen Overhead Doors for a professional install. Dan came out the next day and fixed our mishaps and was able to troubleshoot all the issues. He even offered valuable tips for operation. Dan was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Save yourself some time and headache, hire the pros😉

  Today I called 9 companies in Killeen to repair a single Torsion spring on a garage door, half of them wouldn't give me a price over the phone the other half were well over 3-600 for replacing the spring. Given my experience in the service industry, I understand some fluctuations in pricing but really, I was just looking for honesty. Today I had the pleasure to speak with Reagan (hope I spelled your name right). Reagan was professional and honest she gave me a Total cost right over phone. It was actually lower then all the companies that quoted me and she scheduled someone at my house within a few hours of my call. Edwin came out to my he honest, professional and had the work done in less than an hour. 5Star Service Guys! Thank you for the honesty and being upfront it is hard to find these days! Aaron
