Last week I was having issue with my hvac system because it started leaking the air handler outside in the backyard and thus has never happened before and we lived in this house for 4 years. Anyways. I got recommended that someone from this company come by and help from a neighbor and the person came right away. He did whatever he said he was doing to fix this issue and I figured they fixed it. Paid 102.50 for the service. Next day it was still leaking and I went in the attic to check again and a pipe was busted. So I call the company back to correct the issue. They fixed the busted pipe and the leak temporarily stopped. I leave out of town and the day I come back the leak returned. So what did he do. Nothing. I wasted my money and time with this company. He didn’t check to make sure the pipe wasn’t clogged or anything. Anyways I got it fixed by someone else and they showed me what to do next time. With that being said. Please check behind these people and ask questions before they leave and make sure they are doing their job and they aren’t just trying to get money from you. I don’t recommend them at all. But hey to each its own.

We had the opportunity to work with the owner of CWS Services and had a great experience from start to finish. He was professional, understanding, patient, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. As a fellow local business, we really appreciate working with people who communicate well, are straightforward, and treat others with respect. Based on our experience, we would highly recommend CWS Services and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. — Backyard Boyz of Texas

Over the past 10 years, I have used CWS Services exclusively for all of my electrical needs......anything from installing additional outlets, providing electrical power for my hot top, to installing a min-split HVAC system for my detached garage. I can honestly say they are consistently the best service providers that I have used. They show up when they say they will, do great work, and always leave the site the way they found it. Today, I had the pleasure of working with Juan and Kenny (again). They put my garage freezer and refrigerator on a separate circuit, so they don't keep tripping the main circuit for the garage and back porch. As always, they were punctual, courteous, worked quickly (I had to go back to work), and left the site clean...all at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend this company to handle any of your electrical or HVAC needs.

Jonathan and his colleague came to repair the air conditioning system. They were professional, responsible, and efficient. They quickly identified the issue and replaced the necessary parts in a timely manner, successfully resolving the problem. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided by your company and would highly recommend your team to others.

My ac unit was 37/38 years old and this was the year I finally had to replace it. Worked with Willie to find the right unit and Cody and Aaron came out to get it installed. THE NICEST PEOPLE EVER!
