  One of the first things on my list, when moving to Kerrville, Texas recently, was to install a backup generator at my home. I knew it would be many months until another possible freeze happened, but I wanted it anyway. I spoke with Charles at Bosworth and he installed a Kohler 26 kw generator that could backup my entire home. On the morning of July 16th at 1:30 am, unknown to me, we lost power during our second 100 year flood in less than 13 months. The 21 inches of rain in 48 hours took out city power, and I learned upon waking at 5:30 am that the generator was running, and we never lost power. It is fed by the city natural gas lines, so it purred along for 15 hours until the power came back. I cannot speak highly enough about the Bosworth Company's professionalism, speed, and diligence while installing my generator. The price was lower than I expected, and the peace of mind it gives me knowing my family is protected from the elements, is worth a million bucks!

  Absolutely professional and patient service. We had to replace the entire HVAC system in our house right before a holiday weekend. The entire team that interacted with us was so kind to my mom and to the rest of us coming and going throughout the process. Special shout out to David and Gavin and every individual who came to help us. We've been customers for years (professional and residential) and rarely feel as comfortable and understood with service companies as we do with Bosworth. Thank you all.

  I used to like Bosworth but recently had a bad experience with them. We had a recurring issue with a condensate drain plugging up on a unit. Several techs came out and we were still having the issue. They then recommended we replace a perfectly good unit only because it was “old” to fix our condensate drain issue. Also, I’m not an expert but the unit they tried to sell us seemed too big for the house also… Anyhow, we ended up fixing the issue on our own by pouring water down the pea trap to “prime” it and our issue was solved and we have not had any problems since, even though Bosworth tried to sell is a brand new unit. They will not be allowed out at my place again!
