  Had Polly Plumbing out to fix the temperature knobs in our master shower and seal up some cracks that were at risk for mold and water damage. Russell was fantastic start to finish! He was kind, respectful, and clearly took pride in getting the details right. He went out of his way to make sure everything was handled properly. Highly recommend Polly Plumbing, and ask for Russell if you can!

  We called on a Friday for a leak coming from our floor and were able to get both their amazing plumber, Ben Almendarez, and a water mitigation specialist shortly after the call to take a look. Ben found the leak (shower head connection behind the wall) and was able to repair it quickly! He explained everything in a friendly manner without pressure, and did a fantastic job. He even cleaned the area throughly after the repair. We had used them previously for another leak and their service was just as excellent then as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

  Fast, efficient, and friendly service. My technician Ben Almendarez was nothing but wonderful from start to finish. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done and executing the job!

  Russel was very efficient and thourough. We had a tough water valve switch to find and he was able to locate it and give us a straight forward quote for the job. The $500/ hr beyond the $89 assesment ( which was waived) was unexpected but we appreciate the transparency before he proceeded. Very professional and kind.
