Only took 1.5 days to float a new floor in 4 rooms. Quick and inexpensive!

The guys worked hard and did a great job. I’m very pleased with the result. I had wood flooring and a small bit of carpet. Only improvement I can suggest is that they could do better when it comes to the customer picking the wood stain. Once we got past the suggestion to pick from a can of stain which I could never do they worked hard to please me in my Selection and mixture of stains. Wondered why not have actual wood samples to select from? Other than that I love the floors. Carpet is lovely as well. Thanks.

I am happy with the end product, however I was not communicated with very well. I had to call to know if my carpet came in, had to call to get on their schedule, and was never given a confirmation that they were in fact coming when they said they would (I also had to call to confirm). Normally, I wouldn't need so many confirmations, but the carpet installation on the critical path to be able to move into my new home. They were also over an hour late for the install and I was the first of the day. All would have been totally fine if I was given a simple status update call. I understand they are a family owned business, but a call to update me would have been very much appreciated! Installation looks great and they are definitely the most reasonably priced in the area.
