  Lights were dimming randomly, had 2 other ppl come out- saying the whole system needed to be redone. Didn’t make sense so called one more. Thank goodness I called Gardner. Justin came out, walked thru components and quickly found possible issues. Said a diagnostic would help us pin point (obo 400) and then went thru EVERY wire/breaker in detail. Quickly found it was actually the power coming in and was an Oncor issue, who he already had called and showed up while we were talking. Oncor immediately saw the issue and fixed it. So we were about to change the whole system and would not have fixed the problem. Thank goodness for Justin, his attention to detail and willingness to dive in and actually solve the problem. We will be updating our system and very happy to have a trusted company to now utilize, THANK YOU!!

  We had such a great experience with Gardner Electrical! Our electrician was on time, incredibly respectful, and just really thoughtful about the work he was doing in our home. He replaced several light fixtures and installed the electrical box for our Frame TV. What impressed me most was his attention to detail. Before changing one of the fixtures, he noticed it might leave a darker paint ring showing and actually stopped to ask if we had extra paint before he took the old one down. It's a small thing, but I really appreciated that he was thinking ahead. For the Frame TV, I basically just told him what I wanted the end result to be, and he figured everything else out. He measured the TV and wall and placed the box exactly where it needed to go. Perfectly centered. He was also so polite and everyone at Gardner Electrical was great to work with. They even called on a holiday to confirm they'd be out the next morning. Really great experience from start to finish. We'll definitely use Gardner Electrical again and would highly recommend them!

  HIGHLY recommend Gardner Electrical for any work you need done! Our panel box was extremely outdated and in need of an upgrade. Chuck was really easy to communicate with and to get on his schedule. While looking at the work to be done and then again while here to do the work, he was incredibly professional and also informative! He took the time to explain what he would be doing and then showed us all we needed to know once the work was complete. Neither of us know anything about electrical work and as Chuck was explaining it to us, he didn't treat us like we were dumb (like we've experienced from other contractors)! He was patient with our questions and thorough with his answers and explanations. Chuck's attention to detail was also above and beyond! With a minor hiccup on the label panel sticker, he took the time to clean off the residue from the first sticker and attach a new one with all the coordinating breaker numbers/locations. Not only does he do electrical work, he does all sorts of other work! We will absolutely be scheduling for a new back deck and some other projects in the spring. 5 Stars all the way!

  We were referred to Gardner Electric from a neighbor that had previously had an electrical/circuit breaker box replaced. We received a previous estimate from a company that advertises heavily on television. Estimate was outrageous. That’s when a out neighbor referred us to Gardner. Justin, the technician, came out the next day and consulted with us and gave us a couple of options depending on our current number of appliances or if we were going to add any additional appliances requiring an upgrade. No hard sell. Answered all our questions. He gave us the estimate. It was considerably lower. Very reasonable. We made the decision immediately to move forward. Justin was very professional and knowledgeable. Gardner Electric. You need to keep him employed with your company and give him a raise!!!. Office staff, Briana and Monica, were very professional and easy to communicate with. Wonderful experience working with everyone at Gardner Electric. Highly recommended
