  I had an appointment scheduled and they rescheduled without informing me. When I called they said “oh yeah we rescheduled you for tomorrow.” Then when I asked if they could send someone out the had the tech call me an he said he was on his way and never showed. This place is totally unprofessional and has no respect for a customer’s time.

  Hola, les contaré mi fabulosa experiencia con esta compañía y algunos de sus empleados, el señor Octavio y el joven Nasser fueron las personas que me ayudaron en el financiamiento de el sistema de aire acondicionado, bueno solo agradecimiento tengo para con ellos, por haber contestado todas mis preguntas y haber despejado todas mis dudas, son extremadamente profesionales y hacen hasta lo imposible para darte un buen precio y un excelente financiamiento, ahora voy a decir mi experiencia con los señores que lo instalaron sus nombres son Alex y Jaime ellos llegaron y trabajaron bien rápido y eficientemente para que tuviera el sistema de aire trabajando en unas pocas horas, bueno solo cosas buenas puedo decir de todos ellos por su amabilidad y excelente servicio, totalmente recomendado

  Update. I was just informed that if an warranty work is need, I have to pay for the service. That's a horrible warranty policy. So I changed my rating to 2 stars. I recently had a full AC replacement completed by Trilogy AC. While the system is up and running and the price was fair, the actual installation process was a bit of a rollercoaster. I’m recommending them, but with some **significant cautions** for potential buyers. The Pros: - Fast Turnaround: They were able to start the installation the very next day after I signed the contract. & Pricing: I received several quotes, and while Trilogy wasn’t the absolute cheapest, the price was acceptable and competitive for a full replacement. - Extra Perks: They added a new outtake vent in my bathroom where I previously didn't have one, which was a nice addition. The Cons & Concerns 1. Lack of Transparency and Professionalism: This was my biggest issue. During the install, a technician **broke a water fountain** in my backyard. Rather than being upfront, they tried to hide the damage. When I confronted them, they initially denied responsibility. It was only after a firm conversation that the installer called his wife to Zelle me the funds for the damage. The attempt to cover it up was much more concerning than the accident itself. 2. Logistics and Timing: - Punctuality: I was told they would arrive at 8:00 AM; they didn't show up until after 9:00 AM. - Duration: The job was estimated at 6 hours but took over 9. While I understand a full replacement is a big job, they parked behind my car in the driveway, essentially "trapping" me at home for those 9+ hours. 3. Workmanship and Cleanup: Finishing Touches: The hole cut for the new bathroom vent is larger than the actual cover, leaving me with a gap in my ceiling that I now have to patch myself. Poor Cleanup: The post-install cleanup was mediocre. There was debris left along my walls, trash in the yard, and material hanging out of the vents. I even found empty water bottles left behind in my attic. 4. The Inspection: The post-install inspection occurred a few days later. The representative was friendly, but the entire "inspection" lasted **less than 10 minutes**. It felt rushed, leaving me skeptical about how thorough they were in checking the integrity of a 9-hour installation. Final Verdict: The system works and the price was right, but the experience lacked the professionalism I expected. If you hire them, **I recommend being home to supervise the work closely**, double-check their cleanup, and ensure they don't block your vehicles in the driveway.
