We worked closely with the owner Michael on our home exterior. We’re one of many projects completed on our street. PAI’s work quality cannot be beat. Quality products used and no promises missed. If you like to work with a business owner who understands responsibility and follow through, this is the best contractor you can find. The work is outstanding and we recommend this company to anyone. They honor their project promises with quality work and follow thru. A rare pleasure in the home roofing and exterior services business.

Michael with PAI came out to take a look at a leak we had from our roof. We had previously had two different roofing companies come and try to fix it with no success. Right from the start we could tell this company was different, Michael took his time to listen to our issues and assess the roof thoroughly. He was able to identify the issue and take care of it in a very timely manner even though there was a lot of rain almost every day. It is probably the first time we have felt confident in the work that someone did on our roof and we will definitely be using PAI for future repair or replacement when the time comes. The cherry on top was a really fair price for exceptional work.

Michael Akins is a dedicated, hard working man that did everything that we asked of him and more. He was extremely professional and made it very clear that he was committed to getting the job that we asked of him done to the best of his abilities. We are extremely happy with the services that he provided, and we are especially pleased with how our roof turned out. The leak and damages prior to the operation were repaired, and he made sure to keep our family comfortable during the entire process. He did so by making the overall experience fun and smooth, as well as by making his instructions clear and easy to understand. Michael is a man that we would highly recommend for his flexibility and genuine desire to help others. We are grateful for his services and we wish him all the best in his future endeavors!
