  John Noel arrived promptly to our home to assess why we were losing power to half our home after we would turn on our AC. Upon his inspection he found there was arcing and smoking coming from the transformer. He immediately called in for emergency service with the utility company and stressed the urgency of the situation. While the work needing repair was not on Mister Sparkys side of things. Having a technician with experience that is licensed to our home brought much comfort. He ultimately was able to identify the situation even when we already had the utility company out and they said everything was fine. Thank You Mister Sparky for the quality of service you provide to keep homes safe! This situation could have been far worse if we had trusted the utility company. Thank You John for your expertise and knowledge. 🙏

  Joshua came to replace an outlet which he did. He also advised me to have an inspection done and proceeded to find a number of things that needed to be replaced. He did excellent work, showed me the parts he replaced as well as photos. Explained everything and fully answered my questions. Such a pleasant man - also thorough and efficient! Thank you!

  Carnell Lambert was amazing and help me understand everything going on at my home for two days. I couldn’t of as for a more professional expert. He updated me on all the problems and how they will be fixed and gave me time lines to installs and repairs. I will definitely have home come put for more work at the house. Thank you Carnell you are the best!

  Had a great experience with Mister Sparky. We called due to experiencing partial power at our house, and Josha came out and ran the diagnostic. Joshua made the phone call to Centerpoint to come out and make sure it wasn't the meter. Unfortunately, the problem was not the meter or the transformer, but a bad underground connection, as Joshua suspected. Centerpoint cut off our power entirely. Joshua came back out to talk to the Centerpoint technicians when they were still at my house checking the meter and the transformer, and stayed late to organize emergency repairs so we would have power restored as soon as possible. The next morning, 3 electricians, including their master electrician, came out to complete the repair work and get our lights back on ASAP. They were punctual and got the repair work done in the afternoon the same day. As they completed the repairs, they were very friendly and informative. Centerpoint turned our power back on, and we passed city inspection. Joshua came back out to do a final safety inspection, and took care of bad light switches and installed LED retrofits in our master bathroom. We really appreciate Mister Sparky's and Joshua's help getting us through this!

  Christian was the service tech who took care of my faulty switch that I needed repaired. During the visit he tested all breakers and pointed out weak/faulty ones that had a better chance of failing than the rest. More importantly, he showed me a dedicated breaker that I had had installed for a Tesla charging station that had burn/Char marks visible. Upon his safety recommendation, he replaced that breaker. I appreciate his expertise and friendly but always professional manner.
