  I had a frustrating experience with Fixihandyman and would not recommend their service. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance and even took time off work for it. Then, just one day before the appointment, they canceled. A bit more notice—at least two days—would have been appreciated given that I had already adjusted my schedule. When the estimator finally came out, he arrived 30 minutes late and didn’t ring the doorbell. Instead, he was walking around outside my house taking photos without notifying me, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. A couple of days later, I received the estimate, and it was extremely high—about three times more expensive than another repair company I contacted. Overall, between the last-minute cancellation, poor communication, and inflated pricing, this was not a good experience.

  Wow what extraordinary service!! I really appreciate Kyle and his team. They are professional, timely and knowledgeable and gave my household the time and attention required to do an excellent job. I highly recommend using them, they made the process flawless and their work was impressive. Kyle made sure everything was to my satisfaction and followed up with me. We will definitely be using their services again. Thanks Kyle!
