- ATA TSep 29, 20261.0There is a person standing behind the first sales counter near the entrance who was very rude and unhelpful. I was looking for a specific part, but without even checking the system properly or looking into it, they simply told me that they didn’t have it. Very poor customer service and an unpleasant experience.

- KBKat BAug 25, 20261.0Customer service was poor. I came in and asked to see the water heaters so that I could purchase one. The man at the front just showed me the dented ones in the front and said the rest are in the back. Went to the back of the store thinking that they had a display and nothing was there. Went back to him and he said I meant back like warehouse. I said okay, how do I see those water heaters do I have to go online? He just didn’t understand the basic questions I had and could not show me anything or give me any options. I came in wanting to look at the options and was not helped in any way.

I do recommend having someone available to help customers find items that they are having difficulty finding. Most often the employees are behind the counter when they are not checking out a customer.
- SESterling EhlerAug 9, 20262.0Told me they didnt have the part sent me to brookshire warehouse. Brookshire said the location i was just at had it. So drive all the way back for the part and its not the right one. Had to order through bradford white. What a waste of hours of my day
