Water is contaminated with debris and clogging water drains, refrigerator water filters, shower heads, and tub drains. Everyone in the Facebook community page for sunterra experiences similar issues. They said the only thing to prevent this is to invest on a water filtration system. Brand new community and already has this issues. Now everyone is forced to buy water filtration system which is not cheap.
