  I'm a regular customer. I arrived at 6:59 p.m. and the door was already locked, and the employee at the register wouldn't let me in. Very poor customer service. It would have only taken a couple of minutes to sell me what I needed; I drove almost an hour and arrived before the store's posted closing time.

  Great prices especially during their random 30-40% off sales. Of numerous 'blem' items I've purchased all appeared in perfect new condition.

  All the staff here are very kind and knowledgeable. Its always a great experience coming here. The prices are very reasonable and the selection of tools are great.

  Incredible customer service. Incredible pricing. Ask for Ty. We were looking for a whole new set for yard-work. He worked tirelessly in finding us the right mix of tools for the best price and quality that we were looking for. If you love the concept of an outlet store, there is no better place to buy RYOBI. No brainer.
