  I was at Home Depot purchasing a handheld vacuum by Ryobi when I googled the model to check pricing this place direct tools factory outlet had it for way less. When I got there, I ended up buying an edger and a vacuum. My total cost was $128 and if I would’ve bought those two items at Home Depot it was $219. I’m not buying anything from Home Depot if I can’t find it from this place first. Dwayne and the manager there were wonderful. Answered my questions With no hesitation. This is my new Toys “R” Us spot.

  Almost exclusively Ryobi products. Beautiful, clean, well stocked store. Friendly, helpful Staff.

  I'm a regular customer. I arrived at 6:59 p.m. and the door was already locked, and the employee at the register wouldn't let me in. Very poor customer service. It would have only taken a couple of minutes to sell me what I needed; I drove almost an hour and arrived before the store's posted closing time.

  Great prices especially during their random 30-40% off sales. Of numerous 'blem' items I've purchased all appeared in perfect new condition.

  All the staff here are very kind and knowledgeable. Its always a great experience coming here. The prices are very reasonable and the selection of tools are great.
