- AGAdam GarzaSep 1, 20261.0Our builder used this company to install all of the windows in our Pasadena home, which was completed in 2022. Since then, the seals on 27 windows have failed, allowing condensation to accumulate between the panes of glass. This appears to be a significant manufacturing defect. When I contacted the companies customer service phone number, I was on hold for the next available operator for over 2 hours before I hung up. I called multiple locations until I got transferred to the warranty department supervisor where I inquired about warranty coverage. I was informed that the warranty was void because I am the second owner of the property and even though it is likely a manufacturer defect, they are not willing to take any accountability. I asked whether the warranty could be transferred for a fee, as many builder and and home repair companies allow, and offered to pay for the labor associated with the repairs. However, I was told that the company does not offer warranty transfers or any similar option and they could not help me with anything. Given the number of failed window seals and the company’s unwillingness to provide a reasonable warranty solution or even a discount, I cannot recommend this company. Homeowners should carefully consider other options if they want to deal with a company that stands behind their products as well as receive quality items.
- HHHelen HairstonAug 25, 20265.0I just received the best customer service in a long time, Jessica Gutierrez went above and beyond to help me assist an elderly homeowner with warranty information on their windows. It made my day and really helped them be able to understand the process. Thank you!!! Thank you!!! God bless you for your care and professionalism.
