  As a small business owner in Katy, I work with a lot of other local businesses and value good communication. I was referred to Mauricio, the owner of Ace Handyman of Katy, regarding a repair project. I explained the scope of the work, and he told me he would review it and call me back. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up. Considering I spoke directly with Mauricio, the owner, I expected better customer service and communication. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the company.
