  Savannah was super instrumental in our home ownership journey. She responded quickly to my questions and provided clarification on issues I brought to her. Beyond closing on the home, she went above and beyond to make sure we’re well situated and taken care of. Both Savannah and Josh provided us with a temporary relief by giving us access to internet while we were waiting for our equipment to arrive. She’s super friendly, very knowledgeable and always eager to help. I highly recommend Ashton Woods and their sales associates!

  We absolutely love our new home by Ashton Woods! The community is beautiful, and the entire experience was made even better thanks to our Sales Agent Savannah McCoy. She was incredible from start to finish — friendly, always available, and genuinely informative. Buying a new home can feel overwhelming, but Savannah made everything smooth and stress‑free. She kept me updated at every step and consistently provided details before I even knew to ask. As someone with a very A‑Type personality, having all the information upfront put me completely at ease. We couldn’t be happier with our home or with the support we received!

  New homebuyer, couldn’t be happier with Ashton Woods and Josh (sales associate ) I Needed a quick move in, they were able to meet my list of desires, Plus, so much more. Josh never ‘sold’ he Informed me. He listened& even after closing he still listens. The entire staff here are a delight. I know this is rare. I thought, living in the construction of the neighborhood would be stressful, but my almost soundproof home allows me to feel far away from the hustle. We are excited to check out the HOA, but honestly being at home is such a joy.
