- RHRobyn Houston1 day ago5.0Caleb was friendly and courteous when he arrived. He checked the generator and didn’t seem to find anything wrong. He completed the maintenance in good time. I would love having him service our generator again.
- BMbea martinez1 day ago4.0We never saw him or spoke to him, we did not get an alert at the door bcz he did not ring doorbell, he knocked on the glass door which doesn’t set off the security system. Saw it much later on the camera. Checked the unit’s board and the old message was gone. So we know he did the job. Thanks
- SFSteven Ford4 days ago3.0Tri state needs more technicians for DFW, Trevor is awesome but he’s it for DFW. I had a Automatic transfer switch failure that needed replaced so was without full power for an extended period and tri-state wouldn’t send anyone out because they only had one technician despite paying additional $49.99 per month for a premium plan , on top of the certified extended warranty for access to their “technicians” with an “s” . I had to hire another company to get my power back on and that was over $400 , but that company wasn’t authorized to repair the ATS so was without a working standby generator system for days , through 2 different outages .
