  Called Milestone for Air Imbalance and not cooling the 2 floor vaulted ceiling house. There appears 2 Milestone professionals . Yes they really are ! Took all the information required for assessment by listening carefully about all my concerns related to this. Explained clearly to me what they will be doing. Took the measurements of all rooms and measured the air pressure run thru tests and showed all pictures . Did call there manager and took guidance constantly. Explained to me everything they did on the ac unit cleaning and antique. This is awesome - ! Recommend advantage package and explained the benefits. I took it without any hesitation. Guess what the air imbalance first visit diag fee is waived. And recommended for free AC unit Diagnostics.

  What can I say other than this was by far the best experience with a home repair of any kind. Called at 11:30 and the tech Tre was here by 1. He was definitely someone who knew what he was talking about and had no problems with all my questions. Tre explained everything he was doing it as he was doing it and was able to diagnose and fix the problem pretty quick. All in all I subscribed to their membership program and am very pleased with milestone’s service.

  I had a medical emergency as soon as I opened the door I fell to the ground. Terrance offered to call 911, call a family member, reschedule. I told him no all i told him my husband would be home sh I rely from the grocery store. I got up and showed him where everything was and continued to check on me as soon as my husband got home he let him know. Needless to say he went above and beyond and fixed my account. I highly milestone, their employees are top notch.

  Milestone installed our new system six years ago and I hadn't had them out to check in five so I was nervous about what Jacob might find. He was personable and respectful and listened carefully to my concerns and explained some points about the system I didn't know. He took his time on a thorough check-out documenting all key points with video clips which he then reviewed with me. Turns out we were in great shape and his explanations and recommended best practices really put me at ease. Another home run by Milestone! I definitely won't waot so long for our next check up.

  Zach came out bc we had a small leak at the base of one of our toilets and occasionally, for no good reason, that bathroom will smell like a dumpster and a porta potty had a baby and raised it in a swamp. Another company installed the toilets and Zach was kind enough to suggest we call that company to check if it was still under warranty so we wouldn't be charged. He didn't have to do that. Zach could have told us a bunch plumbing stuff and we would be like, "Umm, OK." because my husband knows a little about plumbing and I know how to flush the toilet. The girls in the office who do the scheduling are AWESOME!!! They are so friendly and sweet. They work really hard to get you scheduled fast. I emailed them on Saturday, not expecting a call until Monday, but I got a call back immediately. We also used Milestone for some electrical work and it was also a positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
