  From start to finish I felt the Milestone employees took care of us. After having another company fail twice to fix our outdoor faucet, Drake got to the very root of the problem and showed me the evidence via photographs and video. He had to remove the brick to fix the leak, but the care he took with the brick removal insured the beautiful reset afterward. We also had Drake install an ion water conditioner. We are hopeful it will decrease the scale buildup, so we shall see. Thank you, Drake, for your hard work!

  "Prompt"-arrived when they said they would, and while Antoni did a quick walk-thru, Edgar started unloading; "Efficient" - estimated time was less than 6 hrs...was just under 5(830-115); Antoni did unit in attic, Edgar did outside unit, they worked great together; "Pride"- afterwards, Antoni showed me everything they did, and was thorough with explaining everything as well as answering all my questions...this while Edgar cleaned up. "Professional" - not only did they take pride in their work, they ENJOYED it!! This is hard to find nowadays. I HIGHLY recommend Milestone and these 2 gentlemen.

  Beket Russell called thirty minutes prior to his arrival with his colleague. After speaking with my husband to determine if there were any issues, they did a quick survey to locate the unit and got to work immediately. Beket serviced the A/C unit inside while his colleague worked on the outside. They were both efficient and completed the job in record time. What’s most impressive is not only their attention to details but the manner they communicate that’s clear and precise. No industry lingo to try to figure out. Both technicians were professional and respectful. The service exceeded our expectations. Thank you.

  High pressure sales tactics and lies. Tell you there are laws that prevent repairs and that systems must be replaced and that freon is $250 a pound??? A second and third option proved that nothing needed to be replaced and total repair and charge freon $260! Two separate appointments, 3 techs nothing but lies and how I needed $44,000 with of new equipment. — I received a call from management which goes a long way on showing they care for their customers, it is why I am bumping up the review. The manager I spoke with was polite and apologized, and did what he could to make things right, I agreed with his assessment.

  The pricing alone raises serious concerns\. I was quoted anywhere from $16,000 to $26,000 for a 1,295 sq\. ft\. home—a huge range, and the high end seems outrageous for replacing one system\. I could purchase 3 units with a 10-year warranty for less than $26,000. Milestone is price gouging and dismissing legitimate concerns by making this seem like something more than it actually is. This has nothing to do with the level of service—it’s about the pricing. My boss replaced both units for $14,000, and I only have one unit, even with additional work needed\. My sister has been a property manager in Southlake for 20\+ years, and contractors (professionals who have delivered quality service) who recently renovated my home in 2026 also questioned this quote, saying it was extremely high\. The craftsmanship may be good, but that’s also part of the sales pitch and can be used to justify a higher price\. It’s hard to overlook the feeling of being pressured to spend that kind of money while dealing with 104\-degree heat\. Not today\. This was not a fair deal, so you missed the opportunity\. Shame on you\! I strongly do **not** recommend Milestone\. Do yourself a favor and get a second or even third quote before making a decision\.
