  I called Service Wizard this morning for an emergency situation with my 92-year-old mother's dead AC unit. My sister is taking care of Mom today, and I have been singing Service Wizard's praises to her for over a year now. I asked the Dispatcher, Joseph, "Please don't disappoint me! I promised her you guys can do miracles." And you gave us one! Service Wizard Technician Mike Lira was at the house within the hour, with the part that a competitor had told us would take a week to order, and had the repair done by mid-afternoon. Mike was courteous, competent, professional, and thorough. He replaced the part that needed immediate replacement, and did alert us that the unit may need further service is this doesn't fix it, which is a fair caution under the circumstances. With temperatures set to hit 98 degrees today, 102 with the heat index, this is literally a life-saving service! Mom has joined the Service Wizard Rewards program, and my sister has finally experienced for herself the outstanding service and superb work that my husband and I have come to expect from them. Thank you, Hutto Team Service Wizard! You guys are our heroes!

  Great service all the way around! Allan was quick to arrive for the quote, extremely professional and thorough explaining each step of his assessment, provided exactly the options we needed, answered every question and concern, and gave us time to consider against other quotes. All this combined with flexible financing options made this an easy decision, and he was able to get us set up for next-day install once we made the choice to go with Service Wizard. Gage and Trent arrived right on time and the installation went smoothly in less than half a day. They walked us through all parts of the install and their confirmation checks, gave a good walk around of the new setup and maintenance needs, and made sure we were satisfied before sign off. Couldn't be happier with this choice. Thanks y'all!

  We couldn’t be happier with the service we received. This company came highly recommended by our realtor, and they exceeded our expectations. They were prompt, professional, and completed excellent quality work at a very competitive price. We also signed up for their first-year maintenance program, and it ended up saving us more than the cost of the program itself—an unexpected bonus that made it an even better value. It’s refreshing to work with a company that delivers exactly what they promise. We highly recommend them and will definitely be referring them to our friends and neighbors.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Service Wizard HVAC. I scheduled a routine diagnostic and was fine with the advertised $90 fee. During booking, I noted I have a Carrier Infinity system and described the issue. I also asked ahead of time for an estimate of total diagnostic costs just to be safe, but never received a response. The technician arrived without any prior pricing clarification. He was polite, but admitted he wasn’t familiar with Carrier systems and had to call someone for assistance during the visit. Based on that, a basic diagnosis was provided, with no repairs performed. I was charged the diagnostic fee plus an additional hourly charge, which more than doubled the expected cost for a standard diagnostic visit. I was also told I would receive a quote by the end of the day for the recommended repair, but never did. It has now been several days in the middle of summer and I still have not received the quote. Luckily I found a more reliable company to make the repair (which was not what Service Wizard diagnosed). I also attempted to resolve the billing issue with the office, but have not received a return call despite multiple follow-ups and a callback request left because their recording said they were “too busy”. The lack of communication, unexpected charges, and failure to follow through on promised callbacks/quotes is very unprofessional. I would not recommend Service Wizard, especially for Carrier HVAC systems.

  Bryan is AWESOME! He did a very thorough job, explained everything he was doing, and gave us options whenever possible. He will definitely be our requested tech moving forward. Unfortunately, we had Service Wizards out again today, only 4 days after our inspection and cleaning. Ekzavier was our tech, and he was also great! He diagnosed the problem, and resolved it quickly. They came out 4 hours after I placed the call, and fixed everything to our satisfaction (it was a small part that needed to be replaced). I would even more highly recommend Service Wizards after this experience. They are all professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. And, best of all, seem to be very fair in their pricing. Losing A/C in Texas summer heat is no fun at all, and I'm glad we found a team that can minimize our discomfort. Update: got our system replaced today by Jayden and Trent. They were courteous, knowledgeable and great to work with. Can’t say enough good things about everyone we’ve worked with at Service Wizards. We’ve been using them for over 20 years and have never been disappointed by the quick, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
