  Joshua Caxaj with Service Wizard completed a plumbing inspection on our house as a part of the Service Wizard Reward Program that we pay for monthly. Joshua did a great job with the inspection! He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He found that our sink disposal is rusted and needs replacing and we discussed at length a possible problem with our water pressure. The inspection was then followed up with some quotes in case we want to follow up on any repairs.

  I had two pairs of water inlet shutoff valves replaced and the drain line from the master bathroom sinks unclogged/cleaned with a hydro jet. Julio was my Service Wizard Associate and he did an excellent job handling my plumbing repair. He was competent, thorough, and efficient. Throughout the process, he kept me updated on the progress and explained what he was doing. At the end, he took the time to summarize everything that had been done, which I appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and courteous throughout the entire visit, even though he was doing the work late on a Friday night. Home repairs are expensive (and this one was certainly no exception). However, Julio's professionalism and the quality of his work left me feeling that I received honest value for what I paid. I would definitely recommend Julio for his excellent service and workmanship.

  I liked this firm when Emilio was very reasonable and aided in the installation of a new compressor. I had the service contract for a few years, but they have gradually become focused on upselling and making money. The last visit I did not have the contract, but the service "salesman" told me if I bought the contract then he could give me the contract price for the visit. Instead he billed the contract monthly for $16 and charged $485 to install a capacitor. This capacitor was for the compressor they had installed 5 years ago, relatively early for failure. If you have the wallet, they do good work, but as the service representative told me, they are focused on upselling.

  Worst customer service and price gauging of a senior! Charged Dad the "member price" of $497 for a basic non- programmable ($28 at Home Depot) thermostat that wasn't needed. Difficult to get past Tucker the digital asst that answers all calls. We finally spoke with Maria and Michelle multiple times and were promised that supervisor Emilio would call back... several times... we're still waiting. This is senior fraud and they took advantage of my dad. This month alone he had charges of $16 maintenance plan, $149 to add freon to a fairly new ac and the $1115 clincher bill yet they won't respond back. There's alot of other companies out there that do honest service- this doesn't seem to be one of them. Considering legal action.

  UNACCEPTABLE PRACTICES I called them to diagnose assuming it was a free estimate ( as it’s advertised ). A tech came . And 2 mins later a salesman joined him( I guess to sell new HVAC ) .The tech diagnosis was that the capacitor had to be replaced and the Txv valve had to be replaced as well . He gave me an estimate of $1800 . Yes you read that right ! I had suspicions that it was not needed. My intuition never fails . You can’t assume is the Txv valve without cleaning coils first and changing the capacitor.🤷‍♀️ I called another HVAC company right after they left and I was told that I only needed to replace the capacitor and to clean the coils . That was done in 20 mins for $190 ! What a scam from Service wizard that charged me $90 for the wrong diagnosis. I’m glad I called another company after they left. I have called several times to speak to a manager and I’m always told that he’s not available . I also sent an email last week to Mr. Bagby (the general mgr)and still zero response from him . I want my $ back from a bad diagnosis!
