  Bryan was amazing! He was polite, thorough, and explained everything he did to service my AC. He also answered all my questions knowledgeably. I will definitely be asking for him to come back for my next service. I have been using Service Wizard for years and I appreciate their honesty and quality of service. I highly recommend Service Wizard!!

  Bryan Weathers was our serviceman today and did a fantastic job. He serviced both our A/C and furnaces and and reviewed every step of the the job with us. He recommended an additional overflow valve for the furnace which he installed. We have never had service like Bryan provided. This young man is friendly, knowledgeable and we highly recommend him for your A/C service.

  Service Wizard replaced my 43 year old HVAC system in my 1937 South Austin bungalow this week. Ekzavier did a great job diagnosing the issues I was having, Adam did a wonderful job finding an appropriate solution for my home, and Adrian and Jonathan did a bang up job on the installation. The scheduling team went the extra mile to get me scheduled as soon as possible, the entire process was took exactly a week, and all the work was done on one day. The thing that made me most comfortable in choosing Service Wizard was how everyone on the team are life long Austinites and really understand our climate and old buildings.

  Had a great experience with our HVAC technician, Scott. He was thorough and professional from start to finish. It stood out how well he communicated throughout the visit — he walked us through each area he serviced/cleaned and explained the before & after condition so we understood what was done. Always appreciate someone who takes the extra time to keep the homeowner in the loop; highly recommend Scott & Service Wizard!

  Bryan did an outstanding job servicing my HVAC system. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough with his maintenance work. He took the time to inspect everything carefully, explained what he was doing, and made sure the entire system was running at peak performance before he left. What really stood out was his attention to detail and honesty. He didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs — he focused on making sure my system was operating efficiently and reliably. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. It’s hard to find technicians these days who are both highly skilled and genuinely customer-focused, but Bryan exceeded expectations on both. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC maintenance or service. Excellent experience all around.
