  I came home to an 82 degree home this summer. I turned the A/C on but didn't hear anything so I called for service. Mike L. came out to see what was wrong. He checked the entire system, even in the attic. He actually told me there wasn't anything wrong with the system :) I wasn't sure about that so I asked why I didn't hear anything. He said the system was very quiet. To assure me it was working he put a little flag up by the vent to show the air was blowing. I was so impressed by his honesty. Since I have to do the upkeep on my own now we also went over a few maintenance options they offered. Absolutely NO PRESSUE at all. He helped me pick one that suited my needs. He was so professional and helpful. Kudos to Mike.

  I have to give Ross Parsons 1000000000 stars. He was the hardest working Plumber I was fortunate to encounter. He was professional, courteous and most of all educated on his profession. He did not give up until he located the issue and made sure our community was safe. If you need a plumber Ross, is it! I will recommend him and Service Wizards to everyone I know. When you can walk away knowing that a very scary issue was handled with such precision and care you have been blessed. Thank you, Ross!!!!!

  We had a great experience with Service Wizard, especially Julio and his apprentice, Eli. We had a plumbing issue related to our water heater that three other plumbing companies couldn’t figure out. Julio identified the problem right away, clearly explained what was causing it, and also noticed additional issues with how our water heater and piping had originally been installed. Julio and Eli arrived on time, replaced the necessary pipes, corrected the issues, and flushed the water heater system. They were extremely thorough, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. They showed us what they were doing, explained everything clearly, and cleaned the work area very well when they were finished. They also told us about Service Wizard’s membership program, which seems like a great option for homeowners. We’re very pleased with the work and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend Julio and Eli-knowledgeable, professional, and a top-notch team!

  TLDR: High price, Sometimes great service, but seem to dissappear after the bill is paid. Didn't really advocate for us to the manufacterer. I don't think the premium they charge for their services is justified. We had them come out and do a checkup on our unit. Great service for that, they were very thorough and that visit was a good deal. However, the service tech recorded low freon, but this was described to us as 'nothing to worry about' when asked if we should check for leaks. I appreciate the guy was probably just trying to save us a few bucks. However, turns out we had a leak in our evaporator coil. By the time the unit stopped working all together a few months later, it was out of warranty. Had they done a leak tesk after the service like we asked about, we would have been still within warranty. That sucks, but I didn't hold this against them. The reason for the 2-stars is because after installing the new coil - which they charge a good amount for compared to other shops - we were told to register the part with the manufacterer to get an extended warranty. Maybe we misunderstood, but we tried and it was not working. The manufacterer kept telling us to talk to the installer. Ok, so we called Service Wizard....3-4 times....and we only got a call back once. They kept just taking down out information, and then nothing (I don't know if its a guy with a script or an AI bot, but didn't sound natural). Turns out, parts installed out of warranty come with a standard 1-year warranty and do not need to be registered. The manufacterer finally helped us figure that out. Overall, not very happy with their responsiveness after the bill was paid. Probably will find someone else to do future repairs.
