  Our technician, Fabian, was happy to spend a little extra time with us explaining our equipment and making recommendations. Choosing Honest AC to install and service our HVAC was one of the best decisions we made as homeowners.

  The company provides outstanding service and has dedicated employees. Today there was mis communication between the service call and our expectations relating to the call. Appears they do an a/c checkup in the spring and a heating checkup in the fall. I would prefer when a service inspection is done that it evaluate the unit as a whole, since it is only one unit. And the technician should have a ladder that accesses the entry point for the inspection. We very much like this company, just need to improve the client communication. Thank you

  I needed a water softener and some way for it to drain during regeneration cycle. Seth from Honest came on Friday to provide an estimate. I was happy with his explanations and plan of action (I did some homework before I called). After agreeing, Honest and Seth got my on the books for the upcoming Monday. It is Monday now, and I have soft water. Couldn’t be happier!

  This team that came to my home was able to give me back to getting air-conditioning for my family in less than 24 hours after experiencing my old AC system having a catastrophic end. I was worried about having to come out of pocket too much for a new system, but I could not help how affordable because of having a brand new air conditioner with their financing program. I was able to qualify and within 30 minutes this team came to my home ready to work And get me back to a comfortable home. Both technicians that came today, were professional, respectful, and insured that everything was left clean. Thank you to Noah and Randy for great customer service!

  We have used Honest three times now and every one of them has been exceptional. We have an older home with a lot of "character", which means that emergencies happen fast. Honest has had next day appointments available every time we've needed it. And once you book, you are kept updated every step of the way, including when your tech is on their way. The work itself has always been efficient and done right the first time, and they also truly live up to their name. I have never once felt pressured into purchasing their maintenance plan (but will likely be getting it anyway!) or upsold on unnecessary services/repairs. I was especially impressed by our tech, James, who came today to help us with an overflowing drain line. He took the time to explain the issues, answer my questions, and make recommendations for preventative measures. Once the repairs were complete, he even stayed to make sure everything was up and running before he left. It never felt like he was just rushing to check a box on his schedule - he truly cared that it was done right. They are truly bar none in exceptional customer service, and provide high quality maintenance/repairs quickly. We plan to continue to use Honest for all of our HVAC/plumbing needs for years to come!
