  Joshua T. did a summer tune-up for me on my Carrier system and was very thorough. He spent a lot of time going over everything with me and I really appreciated that. I think he's very knowledgeable and I liked him. The only reason for not giving a 5 star is because the estimates he gave me for additional services were quite high (double for what I investigated the pricing should be), altho I suspect he's not in control of pricing. Now with AI we have more information at our fingertips.

  First time using Honest Plumbing & Air. I have to say I don’t think I could have chose a better company. Quick response, timely appointment, Technician called and gave a ETA. Upon arrival he (Arturo) was polite and explained his process for inspecting my AC units. He took pictures of everything and went over them with me. He identified problems and he replaced the parts and again showed me pictures of before and after. Bottom Line , I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend.

  Do not call there guys. Had a simple clogged condensation line. The tech did not clear the drain at all. He shot it with nitrogen once. Wasn’t even going to wait to see if it did the trick. My wife ask him to stay and make sure it cycles off once. He came back in 15 min later and shot it again with nitrogen and left. My wife called me 20 min later and it was clogged again. So he did absolutely nothing. Then charges me $241 for not even doing the job we called about and said it would be 69.00 when I called. He used no tools except a bottle of nitrogen and was at my house 30 I called to get my money back and the manager said he would refund me my money because he didn’t do the job and my unit was still backed up. That was Wednesday and I still haven’t got my refund. I’m calling again tomorrow to get my $241 dollars back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!! I fixed it myself. Just used a fish tape and unclogged the drain. Been running fine since I got home last Wednesday and did that. Also I was supposed to be refunding my money that day I spoke with the operations manager. But that still has not happened

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ We paid nearly $600 for an AC repair, only for the system to stop working again less than 30 minutes after the technician left my home. Not the next day. Not the next week. Thirty minutes. When the technician returned the following day, instead of taking responsibility for a failed repair, I was told the problem was due to humidity in my attic and was presented with another bill for approximately $300. Imagine paying almost $600 for a repair that doesn't last half an hour, only to be told you need to spend even more money. After pushing back, the technician ultimately performed another repair at no charge. Apparently, the problem wasn't worth an additional $300 after all. I then requested an itemized invoice so I could submit the repair under my equipment warranty. Despite multiple requests, nobody bothered to send it. No call back. No email. No follow-up. Once they had my money, customer service seemed to disappear. Now, one week later, my AC is broken again. So what exactly did my nearly $600 buy? A repair that lasted 30 minutes. A second repair that lasted one week. An attempted upsell. Zero follow-through. And a house that's hot again. At this point, I have more confidence in the Texas weather than I do in the repairs performed by Honest Air Conditioning. If you're looking for competent diagnostics, lasting repairs, accountability, or basic customer service, look elsewhere. My experience was expensive, frustrating, and a complete waste of time.

  I thought I left a review for Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing when they came out last time, but maybe I didn't. These guys are so professional, courteous and knowledgeable I can't give enough stars! This time the fan motor on the ac starting having issues just in time for the heat. Honest got me on the schedule the very next day and arrived at the beginning of their expected window and gave me a heads up that they were on the way. Roosevelt went to work immediately assessing the problem and double checked things before letting me know his findings. The motor was operating as intended, but it's getting old (15 years) and like all old things is beginning to wear down. He let me know it doesn't really need to be replaced right now, but there's now way to tell when it will give out. He spent roughly an hour of his time and didn't want to charge me anything even after I insisted he be paid for his time! He's going to get me a bid for replacing the motor and for replacing the entire unit since it is 15 year old. Like I said, there aren't enough stars in the sky to show how much I appreciate this company. As a business owner myself it is incredibly refreshing to find one that is in it to help their customer instead of searching for the next dollar. Thanks, guys!
