  Called on a Friday for an evaporator coil cleaning. That’s the coil inside the house. Told them mine was in the garage and easily accessible. Sure! We can send someone after hours. No I said it’s not an emergency. There is no after hours charge and they would be here between 8 Am and noon on Saturday. Standard! Billy shows up in the morning and commences to upsells me a new coil because cleaning it could cause a leak and total replacement is the only one warranted. Ok. Can’t do it today. Monday. Ok I take off Monday, then hear that it will be Tuesday between 8 am to noon. Take off Tuesday. Noon 30, Part didn’t show up Tuesday. So I looked on YouTube how to clean it and did it myself in two hours. Job cancelled for now, system is working great right now. Savings $3200.00

  Victor and Ricardo were exceptionally awesome- very courteous and very knowledgeable about their HVAC skills. They explained in detail the process of replacing air handler unit coil or condenser. They worked efficiently throughout the 3 hrs of installation. I would recommend for these 2 individuals to come back for any of my HVAC needs.

  If you need HVAC repair or replacement, go with someone you can trust. I’ve tried “other” HVAC companies before and they always fell short. But save yourself the hassles and go with a trusted name here … I found GreenLeaf and have been completely satisfied for several years with them and I would not trust anyone else with my HVAC system.

  Extremely dissatisfied. If I could give Green Leaf Plumbing, AC and Heating ZERO stars, I would. EXTREMELY overpriced, abysmal service and even worse customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I previously had a good experience with Dave's Air Conditioning, which is now Grean Leaf but this is NOT the same company or service. Geen Leaf charges more than 4 times what competitors charge for diagnosing HVAC issues - hundreds of dollars more. They also quoted several thousand more than competitors for all 3 HVAC replacement options and more than a thousand dollars more than competitors for HVAC repair and did NOT explain all options available to me or the reasoning behind each. There was also something questionable their technician did, which a competitor told me they wouldn't have done. I presented all of this to Green Leaf, in detail. It took multiple attempts to get a response from Green Leaf's customer service and when I expressed my dissatisfaction with their fees, services and the questionable issue, they were unwilling to remedy the situation in any way, providing excuses instead of a solutions. I STRONGLY recommended against using this company.

  Technician came quickly to look at my bathroom sink leaking issue with relative low trip fee, but gave the quota ridiculously high comparing with the price a second opinion offered(more than 4 times higher), I felt this company's trying to overcharge customers, not a good company to work with.
