  Thrilled with this service. My hot water heater went out late last night and I booked an appt via the website and someone was here at 9am the next day. Incredible. Clayton the service provider was incredible professional and polite. I love that they wear little booties so they keep the floors and carpet clean. He was so thorough with his explanation and gave us many options for solving the problem. He also took care of another plumbing leaky faucet issue we had as well. Will absolutely be a returning customer.

  We have used Green Leaf for years for HVAC and decided to give plumbing a shot as we were on borrowed time for our water heater. Clayton Martin was our technician and he did a great job. He talked us through the benefits vs. costs between tankless and tank water heaters. He also tested our water pressure and it was low - been saying this for years - and we had him update this for us as well. We also had Clayton put in a water softener. It was great that he was able to start on everything right away and did not have to schedule another appointment. Everything with Clayton was 5 Star!!!!

  Just before the celebration of July 4th that Friday my hot water heater went out. The plumber Clayton made several attempts to fix the issue with no resolve. He contacted manager Tory. The Parts were not available within a reasonable time, decision was to replace the heater. Clayton not only did he install a new heater it was done within a few hours. Just before the holiday celebration of America"s 250th year. I could not ask for a better experience. This company came through with flying colors. Green Leaf is a company I will use again.

  Since this company came out and recommend my 9 year old system be replaced, and push to install a brand they sell. Their answers were very vague and did not make sense. I call a local mom and pop license repair and all it needed Freon recharged, apparently the last time it was not charge properly. It’s been several days now and working just fine. Thanks getting me to buy a new HVAC system but no thanks.

When contacted with the explicit manufacturer model numbers, dates, and written confirmation of the mismatch, Green Leaf’s management team explicitly admitted to the installation in writing but completely refused to take responsibility or correct the unpermitted, code-violating work. Be incredibly careful auditing any past or future installations executed by this team. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: The business owner’s response confirms their position, but uses a misleading analogy. Replacing an HVAC system because a homeowner is "dissatisfied" or comparing it to worn-out "used car tires" is a deflection. The independent, third-party diagnostic report on this system explicitly states: "I determined system was incorrectly installed and mismatched having a single stage furnace paired with a 2 stage condenser... Due to improper airflow and refrigerant charge has caused internal damage to compressor which has compromised indoor coil/txv and not able to remove humidity... resulting in the growth." This is not a standard maintenance or wear-and-tear issue. This is an uncertified, code-violating equipment capacity mismatch installed by Green Leaf in 2019 that has been progressively causing moisture blowout and structural degradation since day one.
