  After battling with the home warranty company I opted to hire Green Leaf and pay out of pocket instead to finally get relief. I am so thankful I did. Was it more expensive? Sure. Did I get amazing service from start to finish? Absolutely! Mario and Billy were top notch in my opinion and they even got a part in time to make sure my family and I finally have some cool air. I am so thankful for their help and efforts staying for 5 hours to ensure all is well. I appreciate them sincerely.

  From start to finish, Green Leaf was the easiest & best choice for replacing my HVAC system. I had the pleasure of speaking with their wonderful GM Thos. He answered all of my questions & explained the process to me. Nick their Comfort Advisor came out and gave me options that would be best for our home, thoroughly explained everything in great details & then set me up with Terri, their install coordinator. Terri was very kind and helped me pick a date that worked around my schedule. The install was yesterday & I’m very pleased with all the installers Mikey,Carlos,Xavier& Eric & their install manager Ismael. Not only were they respectful to my family & I, but they respected my home. They draped a tarp runner from the front door all the way up the stair and down the hall. They cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain the new thermostat to me and how to use it. Green Leaf truly looks out for you & helps you every step of the way. I will be using them again with their Membership Maintenance Plan to help protect the longevity of our new system. I’ve already scheduled their plumbers to come out as well to help us with a plumbing upgrade. Thank you everyone at Green Leaf!

  Their technician Erick was very professional, courteous and helpful. I got a second opinion and the next guy had to clean the unit because it was so dirty. Erick was supposed to take care of this because they come to service my unit twice a year and I pay a monthly "membership" fee. I got nothing for my money because he didn't even clean out the unit. The previous service guys that did clean it bent up the fins on the coil and have caused damage. I called and canceled my membership and the girl didn't even ask why. Thinking the membership is a complete waste of time. They use their visits to scare you into making all kinds of repairs that you apparently do not need.

  I use Green Leaf Plumbing, A/C and Heating for all my A/C needs so when I had a leaky toilet I decided to use them for plumbing services as well. When the problem started I emptied the toilet tank and shut off the water prior to scheduling my appointment. The technician only had to replace the tank bowl bolts and gasket. It took him maybe 20 minutes and it was $418 (which included a 10% discount). He told me the price ahead of time but because I needed it fixed right away, I had him complete the repair despite the cost. He was very friendly and professional but I am sure I could have called another company and had the repair completed for half the price. I will definitely not be using them again for plumbing services and am mad at myself for accepting that cost.

  I wish I would have replaced my HVAC sooner! I dont think I ever truly knew what comfort was in this home since i moved in 7 yrs ago. with the high indoor humidity (70%), ac running 24/7 causing $600 electric bills in peak summer all because my units were 21 yrs old. Staton was honest, professional and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with our investment. The installers were cool as heck too! Made a couple friends lol As someone who has been in sales my whole life, including door to door for home remodeling, these guys are top notch. No high pressure sales, tons of transparency and communication. During the equipment drop off, Staton noticed that the lower level air purifier was provided instead of the newer one he promised me. he was honest, pointed it out, left to grab the correct one and dropped it off within 30 minutes. This company was supposed to be my leverage/ first quote before I spoke to the actual company I initially booked. On top of everything i said above, Green leaf had better pricing, newer equipment and great financing and the same warranties. Go with Green Leaf, go Staton, and get you that dang variable unit!!! Game changer! Ac is not cheap, you for sure can get a lower price, but sacrifices will be made, the equipment, the customer service, warranties, and will that company still be around in 5 yrs when you need service/ warranty repairs?
