  Our AC drain line got plugged and needed clearing out. The first company we contacted kept pushing back the time from 9 am to afternoon and then to 7pm. We decided to try someone else and contacted Greenleaf at about 4pm. They scheduled someone for 6pm possibility earlier. Manny arrived right on time after we received notification that he was on his way along with his picture so we’d recognize him. He was extremely helpful, explaining what he was going to do and resolving the issue. We talked over the cost and decided to sign up for the $99/year membership so we could get the system inspected and for other discounts. The total for the service call was $49 plus the $99 we opted to pay for the membership. Manny was super helpful and knowledgeable and we got to have the AC back up and running that day. We have an inspection scheduled for next week. We are new customers and so far we are very happy with Greenleaf and would recommend them for air conditioning needs.

  Lorrain was very understanding and went out of her way to check the schedule for the earliest available time. DeAndre came sooner than expected. Called before pulling into my driveway, wore protective shoe covers and was very professional in explaining the reason I did not have cold AC. Very pleasant experience for an unfortunate situation.

  Had them come out on Tuesday to diagnose the problem. 2008 unit wasn’t able to locate a compressor. So they schedule us for Friday but called us back on Tuesday afternoon and schedule this for next day Wednesday to install the units. .Had both units inside and outside replaced and the dampers Install new thermostats with the new unit. It was a 10 to 12 hour job but they got it done as soon as possible. Appreciate that thanks guys awesome job.

  I’m writing this review because I was asked by the company to do so, but certainly disappointing. I signed up for the annual service on our entire home and the technician was here. They recommended several things, including cleaning some of the outdoor coils on one unit for almost $500, and another $2000 of refrigerant refill and dye on two of the units. I went ahead and did the service. The technician left and after I went up to our second floor only to find out the unit was completely dead. The thermostat would not come on at all and the house is getting hot. I checked the breakers and everything was turned on. I called the company exactly 40 minutes after he left and if they told me that no one was available and it would have to be tomorrow. Obviously that didn’t seem right so they escalated it to a manager. I got a text shortly after saying no one available it will have to be tomorrow. It reached around 100° today so now for my $3000 we’re sitting with an upstairs unit that’s not working for the night. Really hard to believe that they would leave it in this condition. Will be asking for a refund of my service contract and finding someone else.

  My condensate drain line was plugged up and the water was coming back up and then dripping down into my heater closet. Nicole, one of the technicians, took the time to call me as late as 7:00 p.m. I really appreciated that because the water was starting to go into the room next door and soak the carpet. So she went over with me the correct process of unclogging that drain line. She suggested that I vacuum it first from the outside and that worked perfectly. I applaud Green Leaf for their customer support even after hours, as well as Nicole taking the time to stay on the phone with me and walk me through the correct process. This got our AC going again and I was pleased to avoid a service call for this simple task that I was able to do myself. If you need a new AC, these are the guys to talk to. They have affordable options, their installation team was great and efficient and clearly now, their customer service was right on top of it
