I cannot recommend United Carpet and Restoration enough. After experiencing unexpected water damage, their team provided an incredibly quick response and arrived on-site faster than I anticipated to handle the mitigation. Their customer service is truly outstanding. Every team member I interacted with was professional, empathetic, and highly skilled. Their skills go beyond the mitigation and includeded removing all our old wood floors, leveling our slab and installing new tile throughout the downstairs. The craftsmanship is flawless—the execution completely transformed the space. They documented everything perfectly throughout the process and advocated on my behalf to ensure the correct claim amount was received for the repairs. If you want a restoration company that combines rapid action, high-end craftsmanship, and seamless insurance handling, United Carpet and Restoration is the absolute best choice!
